Y/n Woo
i break bones, not hearts---
How many years had it been? 9? 10? Well, the number didn't matter because it changes nothing. Lately, it has been challenging for teachers to manage their students.
Then, the mistreatment began. Some saw this as a light, a sign, to step all over their educators.
Despite their title as teachers, it was as if they had no power. They were never seen aa equals. Those who had enough, complained, pleaded for help.
But their voices were never heard. It went on. And hey! It was even shown in a nationwide survey, that teachers felt that their job was more challenging than before. Majority agreed. See where this is going?
And the country did nothing to listen to these poor souls. Until one day, the story of a teacher, being beat to death by their own student swept the nation by surprise.
The education system was failing in on itself. And that, was how the Teachers Rights Protection Agency (TRPA) was created.
---
How exciting, after two long years of silence in the TRPA, you finally had your first case.
You looked at the people in front of you, all staring as they wait for you to introduce yourself.
'this is going to be fun'
"I'm Y/n Woo. Nice to meet you all. Let's have a wonderful time together!" You grinned, waving to your new classmates cheerfully.
"Thank you, Miss Woo for the introduction. You may take the seat right over there," The teacher, even though sweet enough, it was obvious at how tired she sounds.
'perfect' you thought, heading over to the middle seat in the far left.
You observed each and every behaviour of your new classmates, as you walked up to your seat...well for the next two days anyway.
And that was what you did. Acting like an actual transfer student, you acted clueless, naive almost. Staying lowkey, as you noted and listed both the obvious, and the hidden problems within the school walls.
There were two major problems here.
one being bribery.
and secondly, severe bullying. Worst part, no one does anything.
And the main culprit? Was the boy who slept at the back of your classroom, as if he had fixed global warming.
Well, that was only your hypothesis, that was. Of course, there were many other culprits who seemed to bully other innocent students for their enjoyment but someone had to be of power to let these jerks do anything they want.
