Part 2 of the last request.

The old warehouse lift rattled loudly as I made my way up to see Estella. My heart raced with in anticipation to see her again. Even after all this time, I still got the same rush of excitement throughout my veins as the first time I saw her in Regent's Park. Once the lift reached the top of the shaft l pried the shutters open to a hectic scene.

"What's going on?" I shouted hoping that Jasper and Horace would hear me over the loud barking of the Dalmatians, who were running wild and causing chaos throughout the entire warehouse.

"Don't ask." Jasper replied in a clearly annoyed tone.

I furrowed my brows in confusion at what was happening and scanned my eyes over to Estella's desk looking for her. "Where is Estella? She told me to come over and see her after work this evening." I queried moments later.

"I think you mean Cruella." Horace remarked in a sarcastic tone, as he continued to struggle with one of the Dalmatians.

"She's not back yet. Thank god." Jasper shouted over the noise. "She disappeared for hours last night after the ball and didn't get home until about 3 in the morning. She's behaving really weirdly lately, and it's really starting to piss us off."

"She was with me last night. " I responded defensively, somewhat annoyed at the lack of compassion that they were showing towards Estella.

"Oh. That makes sense as to why she was out late. So you know everything that happened last night at the ball?" He queried hesitantly.

"Of course I know what happened Jasper. She is my girlfriend. She tells me everything." I replied sternly. "To be honest, knowing everything she has been through, I thought you would be the last person to be pissed off at her. She is clearly upset about it all and she needs our help and support."

"I know mate, and we are helping her, she could just be a bit nicer about it. You haven't been here to see how bad she is to us." Jasper responded, seeming rather flustered at my response.

"I know what she can be like, I'll speak to her when she gets back." I sighed knowing he was probably right. I knew exactly how much of a handful Estella could be. She was bossy, unreasonable and demanding when she wanted to be. But I loved her in-spite of that because underneath it all, she was just as sensitive, vulnerable and caring as everyone else. I couldn't even bare to think of her dealing with all of this alone.

I stared blankly at the wall as I lay on Estella's bed, wishing she were there to hold me in her arms once again. The reflections of the bright orange sunset projected itself on to the wall and the specks of dust danced around the room in the remaining beams of evening sunlight. As I lay there, I couldn't help but wonder what was going through her head. I couldn't stop myself from worrying about what her plans were. Last night she was seemed so helpless and fragile, and yet so full of resentment and anger. I knew that Jasper and Horace were right, this entire situation felt crazy and out of hand, and it's true that Estella wasn't behaving rationally. But after seeing her pain, I knew she deserved to get revenge, and that she couldn't do it alone. For once in our relationship she needed me just as much as I needed her, and I was just as determined as she was to make everything right again.

The crashing of the lift doors opening echoed throughout the warehouse. Longing to see her again I couldn't stop myself from turning my head to watch as she entered the warehouse. As my eyes locked on to hers she paused for a moment, affectionately staring back at me while giving me a warm smile, that erased my anxiety and made me feel safe in a way that only she knew how to. Seconds later, the clatter of her heels against the hard wood floor began. While she made her way across the warehouse toward me, she pulled off the red wig, revealing her black and white hair beneath it. As she shouted something about the necklace out to Jasper and Horace, it dawned on me that she really was determined to be Cruella from now on, whether people liked it or not. But beneath it all, I still saw the real her. Despite everything, to me she was still the sweet girl that I fell in love with, and nothing would ever change the way I felt about her.
