It's been two months to their scandalous meet. Monami wanted to just forget it, considering it as a mistake but Karan wanted to take her responsibility as he thinks that he was a little sober when it all happened and plus, he liked her from the start.
He wanted to know everything about her but his daily doctor life didn't allow it as he was way too much busy with his hospital and about Monami, she was relieved that the "Creepy Guy" didn't tried to follow her or find her.
It was in the afternoon when Monami was trying to catch a drug peddler and shot at his leg to stop him but at that very moment someone shot at both Monami and that man.
That man fainted and Monami got shot at her right shoulder. Without delaying, she and her team, took him to the hospital. He was in the operation theatre in no time. She was injured but didn't want to leave her place as she was expecting an ambush there.
At that moment, Karan was passing by that corridor and got curious to see the team of Police Officials. He went near them and had a big smile after seeing the particular person.
Monami was sitting on the bench, resting her head against the wall and was in a deep thought. Karan looked at her bloodied shoulder and was going near her out of concern. At that time, Monami's phone rang and seeing the Caller ID, she stood straight in attention. She answered the call...

DIG - Kya tum abhi hospital me hi ho, Beta?

He couldn't say anything further as she put her palm on his mouth to stop him from saying anything nonsense. Her juniors were looking at them, especially her, with big eyes, out of shock as they have known her since a very long time. She's a no-nonsense and a quite type of a person who never let anyone in, no matter what...!!!
Monami glared at her juniors and because of that, they started to look around aimlessly out of fear and confusion. Fear because of her anger and confusion because of their sudden moment to save themselves from their senior's anger. She took away her hand from Karan and said...
Monami (Glaring at them) - Ho gya tum logo ka?... Ab kaam pe dhyaan do. Main kuch kaam se ja rahi hu to yaha dhyaan rakhna. Bina meri permission us bande se koi bhi nahi milna chahiye varna tumme se koi bhi agle din kisiko Police Force me dikhayi nahi dega, SAMAJHE...???!!! (To Karan) AND YOU...!!! FOLLOW ME...!!!
Karan (Smiling mischievously) - Gladly...!!!
All of them just nodded their heads out of fear and Karan saw Monami leaving from there in anger. He followed her and they both stopped outside the hospital. She was going to say something but suddenly, she started to faint. He saw this so, before she fainted completely, he held her in his arms and took her to a wardroom to lay her down on the bed.

She got concious after two hours. She was confused that why she was there and for how much time. She started to look around and found Karan standing there. She said...
Monami (Glaring at him) - Kya kiya tumne mere sath?
Karan (Mischievously) - Jo hua hai, vo hum dono ki vajah se hua hai, mere akele ki vajah se nahi.
Monami (Confusingly) - Kya matlab...???!!!
Karan (Smilingly) - CONGRATULATIONS... YOU'RE GOING TO BE A MOTHER...!!!
Monami was so shocked that she couldn't say anything. She put a hand on her stomach with a shocked expression. Karan was trying to analyse her expression but was anxious to know her reaction and her decision on this matter...
