I ran into the hospital my mum following me.I inmediatly went to talk to the recepsionist who was an old fat women with glasses on who was typing in a computer that was in her desk.
-hello?- i said
-hello dear, how can i help you?- she asked sweetly, i sighed in relief, i had tought for a second she was one of those nurses who can be easily compared with an old and powerful whitch.
-im searching for Elizabeth Thomson room?
-give me a minute- she typed her name at the computer an after a second took the phone- im going to ask if you can come in, which is your name?
-Niall,Niall Horan, im her boyfriend
-hello?- ahe said in the phone- there is a guy named Niall Horan, he says he is Elizabeth boyfriend and is asking for see her- there was a minute of silence- ok i'll tell him-she hunged and look at me with sad eyes- i talked with her mother, it seems like Elizabeth dont want to see you hun, im going to ask you to wait for her mother to come and explain it, you can sit over there-she said pointing towards the waitting room
-thanks- my mother answered for me, i was in shock " Beth? she doesnt want to see me? wh...why?she is that bad? she doesnt love me anymore?" i tought for myself we sat for a minute before Susane came in.
-hello Niall- he said with sad eyes
-how is Beth?- i asked inmediatly
-better, she went to terapy an hour ago, doctors said she progressed a lot for being her first time
-can i see her?- i asked deseparated, i need to see her, she shooked her head
-im sorry Niall, but she doesnt want to see you, she's not ready, give her time to get confortable with her new condition, why dont you come back tomorrow? and dont worry Im telling her you came
-we'll be here tomorrow- my mom said sure susane smiled at us and we left.
And like that, the same happened for a whole week, 7 complete days i went to the hospital, but never saw her, i brought flowers, chocolates and gave them to her mother so she could have them, but i never saw her face. It was a Monday, and i needed to see her, she never picked up the phone and i was desesperated to see her again, i felt like i was loosing her, and that was the last thing i wanted. I went to the Hospital walking, my mother was with a friend and i deceided i could go by myself, when i arrived the nurse looked sadly at me
-hi- i said
-hello hun- she already knew me and instantanly phoned to her room- hello? Niall is here again- she said and a minute of silence passed she frowend and then looked surprised before hunging, i was about to start walking towards my usual place in the couch when she said- you can go in, room 271
-i i can see her?
-yes- she smiled at me, i didnt wasted my time and ran searching for the room, 268, 269,270,271... i stopped infront of the door not knowing what to do, when i was about to knock the door was burst opened and i founf Andrew smiling at me
-hi bud!- he said
-hi- i answered
-see, dont tell anyone i let you in, mum and dad will kill me, she is sleeping and i'm alone, but i know she misses you, a lot actually, and i am pretty sure you miss her too so you can see her but dont wake her, she'll hate me if she knows i broked my promise
-thanks Andrew- he nodded in response
-i'll leave you alone with her a minute- and with that he went out of the room, i came in, and saw her.
