"You're doing what!" Devyn squealed as I told her what I'm doing this weekend. "Mr. Samuel is making this easier for you." She adds. "Even if I didn't go to his house, I can still work my magic on him." She rolled her eyes.

"Are you almost ready?" "I don't need to be late for school." I wait in the living room for her. "Almost, I just have to fix my hair." She groans while I hear the faucet running in our bathroom.

"I seriously need to get a car," I whisper to myself. "No you dontt" "I'm not that slow." Devyn walks into the room with her belongings.

"Also where were you last night?" I ask her as we went down the hall to the stairway.

"I was out with some friends that I made." Her response was very clear she met someone. "Who is it?" I smirk at her nudging my shoulder "It's no one." She continues walking. "You know I'm gonna find out either way."

"So I suggest you just tell me now." I try to convince her. "It's just some girl I met." We both got in the car as she spoke.

"Okay, I'm glad you told me at least." "Do you think I'll get to meet her?" I had to ask her the question. She had a harder time committing herself to people due to former relationships compared to me. "I don't know maybe, it doesn't matter okay?" She went quiet as we drove our way to school.

I enjoyed this class too much. Not only for my passion for reading but also for the blue-eyed one with glasses. His hair was still messy with his beautiful curls draping over his glasses.

He wore all black today which just made him look even better than he already does. "I will give you all time to work on this project before you give it firsthand tomorrow morning."

"So I suggest you get working." He takes a mug from his desk drinking slowly from it. "Have you finished with your assignment already?" Clayton says next to me as I write in my notebook. "Yeah, I finished it." "It was pretty simple." I nod as I continue to look at myself writing.

"I still don't know what to do." He groaned hitting his pencil against the table. "You should chop then, Mr. Clayton." I mumble quietly "and I'm not helping you." He laughs at my sudden comment. "Ask E- Mr. Riveras if you need help so badly." I stop myself from saying his full name.

"I guess you're right." He got up from his seat and went down the stairs to speak with Elijah. Finally
some quiet until he comes back upstairs. "He helped me out, thank god." Clayton clapped his hands together coming back to his spot next to me.

"Congratulations Clayton," I say with sarcasm. "Someone is sassy." He smiled at me as he opens up his laptop. "Nope just totally invested with you're work ethic." I snort quietly "I'll have you know that I have a very wonderful work ethic." He says cockily.
