And the reason why he hates being skinny is because when he was growing up, he constantly got beat up and bullied for it, so he always tries to eat and work out enough to work on some weight, but it doesn't really work out for him.
This one may be a bit suggestive and has a teensy bit of blood- But also a repeat of the cuddly one. I'm really proud of both of them, honestly-
