At the shrine we see Moroha and some elderly people are practicing tai chi, and she moves very smoothly and slow.
Old Man 1: Girl's got a good sense of flow for her age.
Old Man 2: Gotta say, I'm impressed.
Old Man 3: Her form's not too shabby, either.
Old Woman: Being a fast learner comes natural when you're so young.
Moroha: You know, you keep going on about how young I am, when actually, now that I'm in era, I'm way older than all of you!
Old Man 3: Don't you go pulling our legs now.
Moroha: It's true, though. Not only that. I'm about 450 years older than every single one of you guys. Hah!
She then jumps and raises her leg pretty high as the seniors watch in amazement and cheers for her.
Grandpa: Everyone's looking so energetic today.
Moroha: Morning there, Grandpa.
Grandpa: Looks like you've begun to fit in quite well.
Moroha: It makes sense. It's been a few days.
Grandpa: Oh, really? In that case, I have something for you.
Moroha: Yeah? Nice! What'd you get me?
After she got the gift her expression changed from excited to more of a confused look and he explained what it was.
Grandpa: That is an authentic mummified foot of a kappa. It brings you good fortune.
Her mood changed again when she quickly hugged her grandfather after hearing what the foot does and he starts crying.
Moroha: This is the best gift ever!
Grandpa: You know it's value! Kagome gave birth to a truly wonderful daughter. Thank you, Kagome, wherever you are. There is new meaning to my life!
Moroha: *laughs* Oh?
She then spots something in the ground making its way to the Tree of Ages and immediately knew what it was.
Moroha: Aha! Seems like our little friend finally noticed us.

Towa:*thoughts* I've decided I'm going to return to the Feudal Era, and Y/N said he'll go with me too. If Setsuna, Moroha, and apparently Y/N come from there, then it only makes sense that the forest from my memories has to be from back then as well. So even though I grew up here in present day, I was actually born in the Feudal Era. Of course, I'll always be grateful to Papa Sota for going out of his way to raise me, but I can't--
Osamu: Miss Towa Higurashi, stand up, please.
Towa: Oh, yes. Of course, Mr. Kirin.
Osamu: Whatever's out that window won't save you from my English class. Now please read from line 23.
