Chapter 4: Jakotsumaru of the Red Bone Palace

Suddenly the four all land out of the tree on their feet except Y/N who falls on his face and the bags fall on Mororha.

Towa: Are you ok down there, Moroha? This is the Feudal Era, huh?

Y/N: Yeah I'm ok too, thanks for asking.

Kohaku: Setsuna!

Hisui: You're back!

Kohaku: I'm glad you're safe.

Setsuna: I am, and I finally managed to return.

Towa: *gasps* *thinking* That's right. If we defeated Root Head, how are we going to get back to the Modern Era? Maybe this wasn't a good idea after all.

Y/N: Aww come on Towa, I mean we got everything we need, our bags, each other, and of course our phones! Huh?!

He looks at his phone and sees that the battery is at 1%. Which makes Y/N start to freak out even more than he usually does.

Y/N: OH NO, I FORGOT TO CHARGE MY PHONE!!! 

As Y/N freaks out more an owl was watching them in the tree above them, clearly observing them for other reasons.

Yotsume: Lady Kyuki.

Kyuki: Yes, Yotsume?

Yotsume: The girl who defeated Tokotsu, she's managed to return to these lands.

The woman's crystal ball then shows a vision of Moroha and ponders to herself for a moment. 

Kyuki: So this is Moroha. To think he was defeated by a mere child. Yotsume, how's Jakotsumaru doing?

Yotsume: Currently, he's eagerly collecting bones. He is intent on reviving his father.

Kyuki: Then we'll allow him to take his revenge. You'll tell Jakotsumaru, won't you?

Yotsume: Yes, ma'am.

Days later everyone settled into the village that Setsuna had been living in. Outside the elders house, Moroha and Kaede were talking outside with her huge bag of stuff.

Moroha: There we go! Hey, Granny, watch my stuff, 'K? 

Kaede: Well, sure, but where are you going?

Moroha: *sighs* I'm off to sell my bounties to the corpse dealer. See you! I'll be back! 

She runs off as Kaede waqtches her and just smiles to herself.

Kaede: *gasps* Goodness gracious. She's just like Kagome, always on the move.

Meanwhile Towa, Setsuna, and Y/N were at the demon slayer headquarters trying to find information on the dream butterfly.

Towa: So were you able to find anything?

 Kohaku: You said it was the Dream Butterfly? It doesn't sound like an apparition. 

Setsuna: Could it be like a shikigami or maybe a puppet?

Kohaku: It might be.

Y/N: Ok, you guys are confusing me. I'm just gonna go throw rocks at that bee hive over there. 

Towa: Y/N, don't do that or the bees will- 

He runs over to the tree without hearing Towa's warning at all.

Kohaku: According to this there's a possibility it's inhabiting Mount Musubi.

Towa: Mount Musubi, huh? What do you say we check it out ?
