Chap. 10

Hey guys sorry for the really long wait, heard its been a month the last time I updated. Ive been busy and working on my other books. But here's the long awaited chapter!

Chapter 10

We were working on the boat today. I never really actually built a boat before, so Jess helped me here and there.

When it was time for a break, me and Liam went to go fishing off the shore and came back with some pretty good fish.

Of course, Katie and Olivia gutted it, and Megan cooked it, and everyone ate it.

While in the middle of eating the fish, Olivia went to go get a head start back on working on the boat.

"Why doesn't she stay?" I said.

"Olivia is a very determined person" Megan said firmly. "She wants to get this boat done"

"And when Olivia wants something, she always gets it" Jess finished. "Even if she has to work on it herself"

I knew Olivia was hard hitting. She was always focused on one thing and one thing only at a time. I wish I had the confidence she had, the focus, I never have any of that.

Katie got up not long after Olivia because Olivia called for her to help. No surprise, it's not like Olivia would want MY help.

5 minutes passed and Olivia and Katie still never came back.

"I'm gonna see what's taking them so long" I said and stood off, brushing off my ONLY pair of jeans. I sighed. Megan seemed to notice.

"Shut up Harry, you can get all of the jeans you want when you return to the world of people"

"You mean IF I return"

"I'll come with you" Jess said quickly and stood up. I followed her out of the woods and out into the sunny beach. It was a little cool out with a slight breeze, but it was still pretty warm outside.

Me and Jess wandered about the shore in search of Olivia and Katie. We saw the unfinished boat, but there was no sign of them anywhere.

We tried calling for them. Jess climbed up plenty of trees and searched the grounds for them. I managed to climb one tree, and I was pretty proud of it. But I needed some help on getting back down...

Jess got pretty worried. You could see it in her eyes she wasn't messing around.

Soon enough, everyone was looking for Katie and Olivia. And after a while, I got pretty panicked too. It wasn't normal for them to just disappear! There's no where to go.

"I swear once I find them, I'm gonna kill them" Megan said.

"Maybe they just went to get like fruit or something?" Louis questioned.

"No" Jess sighed. "It's understandable, but if we're talking about Olivia and Katie here, it's not" she sat down on a rock.

And after hours of the search, everyone was stressed. But no one dared to stop looking for Olivia and Katie.

Late at night, they still never returned. Jess and Megan were still out looking for them while me and the boys went back to the cabin because we can't stand mosquitoes.

"Maybe they're dead" Niall said. We all turned to face him and he shrugged. Liam sat down on the couch next to me with his water.

"What?" I said.

"It's not that hard. You could drown, some animal could have attacked them. It's nature."

"That's not funny." Louis said seriously, and I mean drop dead straight face and everything. It was the first time I saw the Louis Tomlinson being this serious. Niall saw it to, so he didn't say anything back.
