A few days have passed now since you found that photo, and the thought of Touya has not left your mind for a second. After days of losing sleep, you decided to face Dabi and ask for the truth, or at least try.
You race around campus looking for Hawks, when you finally find him he is up on the roof staring out into the city. You approach him and he looks back at you.
"what do you want cutie?" he asks.
"I need a favor," you respond
"Oh, and what would that be." says hawks.
"I need you to tell Dabi to meet me at this location about some information," you say as you hand him a note with an address.
"and what is this information?" he asks.
"None of your concern Hawks," you say staring him down.
"Ok keep your secrets my beauty, I'm off I'll see you later," he says as he walks away.
You stand on the edge of the roof looking onto the city, wondering what you are going to say to him if he really is Dabi. After all these years how is he able to be alive and why didn't he ever contact you. As the sun starts to set, you leave the roof to head over to meet Dabi.
*At the location*
As you make your way up the mountain you see a dark figure standing facing the view. You slowly walk towards him cautiously, you inspect his stance and his possibility of being Touya.
"What did you want?" Dabi states.
"I have something to ask of you," you say.
"Hawks said you had information for me," Dabi states still not facing you.
"Look at me," you say loudly.
Dabi tenses up and slowly turns to face you locking eyes with you. His bright blue eyes were full of sorrow and pain. You walk toward him and keep eye contact.
"Who are you?" you say with pain in ur voice.
"I think you know," he states looking down at you.
"Why would you do this?" you say on the brink of tears.
"You wouldn't understand, you don't get it," he says passively.
With those few words, you become consumed with anger.
"I wouldn't "get it"?" you say annoyed.
When he doesn't respond, you get even angrier.
"What now you don't know how to speak?" you ask.
"I did this for you," he says abruptly.
"Ohhhhh, you did this for me," you say while laughing.
"Right because I wanted my best friend to fake his death and leave me alone for 10 years while i cried every day waiting for him to secretly be alive. Because I wanted the ONLY PERSON I EVER TRUSTED to be dead and to lie to me and ABANDON ME," you say yelling at him while almost crying.
"I just wanted you to be safe and happy, and with me, you would never be that or become a pro hero," he says still not making eye contact.
You scoff while looking at him "You wanted me to be safe? You wanted me to be happy? Well obviously we weren't that close because if you knew me at all, you would have known that I was happy, I was so happy with you. All I wanted was to be with you, you were all I wanted no matter if we became heroes or not. You did this for YOU... you were selfish and left me when I needed you." you say with tears rolling down your face.
"If I stayed you would have never gotten your dream of becoming a pro hero," he says looking at you.
"My dream wasn't to become a pro hero, you idiot. It was to be with you. All i wanted was to be with you. I didn't care what i became as long as i was with you i knew i would be okay. Every future i ever saw for myself had you in it." you say now sobbing.
All he does is stare at you with sadness on his face. He tries to walk towards you but you move back.
"I have spent 10 years waiting for you, waiting for you to come back to me and now that i finally found you i realize how foolish i was for thinking you felt the same," you say as you start to walk away.
You only get two steps away before you feel a pair of arms wrap around your waist.
"I'm sorry..." he says as he rests his head on top of yours.
"Goodbye....Touya," you say as you unwrap his arms and leave not looking back.
