44: We wouldn't have Garlic Bread

"Hey Sun, Moon, do you ever wonder why you can't feel any sexual or even romantic love?" Eclipse asked the two animatronics. "Eclipse, we were designed to take care of kids. Usually things like romance and sex are out of the question." Moon shrugged as he put a box on a shelf. The three animatronics (and Hilldra) were helping them make some space for Eclipse (and their room is really messy so it needed a clean). "What? No, that wasn't the reason why Kenna didn't give you those... sensations." The three animatronics look at Hilldra with interest. "Then why exactly?" Sun asked. 

"Well, Kenna's dream was to create an artificial human soul, or even a real one at best. So he experimented, experimented with computers, robots... then animatronics." Sun and Moon sensibly didn't believe Hilldra, artificial human souls? What's next? A guy who kills kids so he can become immortal? But for some reason, Eclipse seemed like he totally believed it... as if he already knew. 

"He tries to make a soul out of anything he creates, you all were no exception. Kenna made a deal with Fazbear entertainment to make Sun and Moon, so obviously love and lust would be out of the question. Sorry Eclipse, but you weren't meant to be made." Moon looked over at Eclipse who just shrugged it off, As if he already knew. 

"So yeah, he made all of you guys without the ability to feel love or lust. Although Sun and Moon may still feel love? I'm not sure at this point." Eclipse nods and Moon's expression doesn't change. But then Sun asks a question. 

"If Mr. Bright was really trying to make a human soul, then why'd he leave out love and lust? Don't all humans feel love and lust?" Hilldra looked at Sun is disappointment. 

"First of all, Kenna really was trying to make a human soul! It sounds like you don't believe me!!!" Hilldra scoffs. "Second of all... well... these are Kenna's words, and I quote; "If love and lust was needed to create every single soul, then we wouldn't have the garlic or yeast to create garlic bread.", Kenna's words not mine." Hilldra says. "So why do you need love and lust in your soul if it doesn't affect who you are? It's like an appendix. You don't need it, but it's there. And it wouldn't matter if it's gone." Sun felt like he was being lectured.
