Since I was a child I've got a lot of problem and mostly is family problem. Thank god its getting better right now. I have 7 siblings and all or them are having a hard times so I can't rely on them I have to be strong by myself, I have to stop overthinking, I have to stop thinking about my family problem when I'm at school or classes because its make me not focus on what happened in the class, I have to stop crying at night, I have to stop thinking negative all the times, and how can I do that? Firstly, what i change is the way I think, and always search positive quotes. So this is the phrase that wake me up:
'' since even waves hit me and thorns sprout up, in the end ,I'm the winner''
''My opponent is the woman in the mirror''
''don't overthink or stress too much, just breathe through it and keep moving forward''
'' smile when you happy, smile when you sad, smile when you hurt, not because you're crazy but you're the strongest person I've ever met.''
'' if you have the chance to make people happy, just do it. Sometimes people are struggling silently, maybe your act of kindness can make their day.''
'' in a few months, you're going to look back and laugh at your current situation and circumstances. Everything that seems so challenging right now will be a distant memory one day.''
'' don't let your mind bully your body.''
For real, those word make me be better version of me and can handle all my problem really well. Not just by that, I also have to have courage and pray for being better me.
