"Get up you sleepyhead" Danica is really disturbing my beauty sleep. Maybe if I ignore her she'll go away.

"Get up you oversized peanut!!" THUD!
"Okay I'm awake now Ouchhh!. That is so not how to wake a sleeping person, I could have died of shock, you know"I yelled
"Excuse me for trying to get you up because it's already NOON and we have shopping plans"she overexaggerated the noon."we both know you won't have stood up without the pillow"she commented trying to hold in a laugh at my disoriented expression.
"Puh-lease that's not a reason to wake someone like that. What if I was in a dream and about to-"
"Kiss your mafia boyfriend I get it . Get dressed and let's go shopping"She basically drawled out with an eye roll sassy much!ut she knows me a little too well and loves me so frickin much.
I get out of bed after saying a quick word of prayer and head to the showers not before taking in my reflection in the mirror. Hazel eyes stare right back at me but not with the same life it used to have when this girl had a family. My heart shaped face perfectly framed my features like my big doe eyes my grandmother used to tell me looked "too innocent for my own good." My hair had grown a lot longer and I think I looked a lot curvier but the eyes and person staring back at me were not mine. I didn't even know when a stray tear slipped but I wiped it off with determination not to let my past ruin my mood. I took a really quick shower and got dressed.
"Finally I thought you were having a baby in there."see always sassy
"You won't mind if it were with Luciano then."I sassed back to which she blushed a furious red.
"Shut up"I laughed hard which made her ditch walking beside me and getting to my car quickly. Yes I had a car I have an ugly past but I've got cash okay!
"Why are we even going shopping again?"I sighed exasperatedly
"Because you my friend and I need to get new clothes to go to that new club opening downtown tonight" She said as of talking to a five year old. Danica can be a bit controlling to some people because she grew up having to take charge in her family when she lost her parents and had four younger siblings. So we stopped arguing about it a lot.
"I see.... so you can get some hot sexy Italian men to make you forget about Luciano? correct?"I said with a smirk while she just gaped at me with her mouth opening and closing like a fish because she knew I got her.point for ash zero for Dani
"Well you are also going there to get drunk and find some guy who would bed you this night"she said with an evil smile. Touché

We were already getting dressed for the club and damn we looked sexy as hell. I wore a navy blue off-shoulder dress that had a really deep v-neck and stopped 4 inches under my butt with matching pumps while Danica wore black and heavy make-up unlike me who just put on some Mascara and some red lipstick with a bit of foundation and we were now heading for club 69
"You look amazing Ash, I think you'll really get those mafia men now ✨"Danica exclaimed and I blushed feeling more confident in my appearance.
"You look dazzling too Dani. Now let's go get ourselves some sugar"
And off to an adventurous night?
