'This is so embarrassing...' Jiwoo thought and scooted her chair as she looks around uncomfortably
"Ahh...sorry. Am I bothering you?" Jungwon then steps away
As she chuckles and says "No. Come back or else I won't be able to tell you"
"Tell me what? Is something wrong?"
Jiwoo nodded silently
"What is it...." He said seriously
Jiwoo looks up at him "Well I've been hiding it the whole day but I found out from one of my friends back in the city, my boyfriend was cheating on me and that's why he barely responded....I don't know what to do."
Jungwon leans against the fence and thinks about what she just said "Chu Jiwoo.." he said which made her look up at him
"H-Huh...?" She was surprised
"It's not your fault..." He told her while looking straight into her eyes
She stares back at him as her eyes started getting wet with tears and finally a few tears slipped through her eyes
She was crying in front of him and uncontrollably too
"Can I go over there...?" He asked
She nodded without saying anything and just wiping her tears
He stood besides her on the same side now and comforts her by caressing the back of her head, his soft hands just gliding through her silky, straight hair
She was sobbing so hard that she laid her head on his chest which he was fine with getting wet
"Shush...it's okay, he's the bad one because he cheated"
She sobs into his shirt, white one so it was getting soaked easily
Jimin walks outside to call his sister but she sees her being hugged by a guy so he takes a closer look to see that it was Jungwon hugging her
He covers his mouth and goes inside again
Jiwoo looks up at Jungwon as she was still crying and sniffs "Jungwon..."
"Hmm..?"
"He's not my only issue but I feel like I'm just boring to my past boyfriends" She wipes her tears "I'm pathetic..."
Jungwon stares at her with the 'why would you think that?' face
He holds onto her hand that was shaking and says "No...you are a great friend, always so positive and your smile would just make everyone's day, you are charming in your own way" he wish he could tell her more but they were only just friends "A guy like that just don't see the more greater in you. Why? Because they are afraid of you"
She looks at him and laughs "What do you mean...?"
"You were scary at first because you gave me attitude on the first day. But as I got to know you Chu Jiwoo, you aren't that bad."
Jiwoo looks at him and started smiling when he said that which made him happy "You aren't that bad too Yang Jungwon.."
Jungwon looks at her surprised as his cheeks were slightly turning pink
She looks at him with a big smile as she lets go of his hands which he stood up and clears his throat awkwardly
He rubs the back of his head as she says "I'm going inside now...they have dinner"
"Are you okay now.?"
Jiwoo nodded at him and smiled
"Don't forget to call me if you have a problem"
"I won't. Goodnight Won." She waved at him as he exited her front yard
He turned around and nodded while waving back "Goodnight Jiwoo"
He walks away with his hands in his pockets as he was blushing from her
She smiled as she walks back inside
She ate dinner as she went back to her room after changing and brushing her teeth, she stares at her phone and lays on her back under her covers
She was staring at Jungwon's profile picture

She looks at it as she was smiling widely hiding under all of her blankets, she turns off her phone as she tries to fall asleep
Her phone dinged as she got a notification '🛎' she checks her phone and sees it was Jungwon 'See you tomorrow morning. Sleep well! Thanks for trusting me with your secret ♡'
She swore her heart fluttered as he sent that and she replied 'Ill see you tomorrow! And thank you for listening ( ^* *^)'
'Goodnight Jiwoo' He sent and she looks at it as she turns off her phone and tries to fall asleep
time skip to the next morning
Jiwoo was brushing her hair while looking into the mirror while fixing her tie of her uniform, she looks at herself as she contemplates
She clears her throat as she decides to grab the straightener, a pin from her drawer, and a few makeup supplies
She smiles as she fixes her hair and straightens it as well as carefully applying eye shadow, eyeliner, blush, and lip gloss. For her final touch, she didn't forget to put the pin in between so her bangs don't touch her face.
She looks at the mirror one more time before grabbing her bag and running downstairs to catch up with Chu Jimin
She puts on her shoes as she follows Jimin out who was strangely looking at her since they were putting on their shoes "You look different today..." he stares at her face closely
She just stood there as he was observing her closely "You put on makeup.??"
"Well..I-I"
"You never put on makeup! Who" She cuts him off as she saw Jungwon getting out his house and opens his gate "Yang Jungwon!" she called out
He turns around which made her run to him in excitement
Jimin follows behind as she then says "Notice anything...?" she tries telling him
"Jungwon-ah she looks ugly doesn't she...-?"
"Yah!" Jiwoo said as she smacks Jimin's arm and he rubs it lightly
He frowns as he looks away while mocking her from earlier
She looks at her brother and sighs as she stares at Jungwon "Lets go." she smiled as she started walking ahead of the two
Jimin walks on her left side while Jungwon was on her right and she whispered against her ear "You look really pretty today..." he smirks as he walked before her
