The new disc is added to the game in 1.19 and can be crafted from little disc shards, that is also hidden in Ancient city chests. It is called disc 5 in the game.
If the players listen to the sound of the disc, they can hear a player walking into Ancient city and lighting in a portal and walking inside. After the player entering the portal, we can hear a more powerful monster than the Warden.
