What am I doing? She's not... she's... she looks exactly like her... what the hell? Eight years since since I lost those two, I thought this wouldn't be affecting me... why? Why now?
Brown hair, tea red eyes and light skinned. Tsumiki... always looked like Dad while I took after Ma. No... they're dead, everyone. Don't go grasping for old memories Kasumi, don't be sad.
"I'll have three of your cheapest meals."
"Three?"
"You gotta eat to get strong and healthy."
"I need you as a sword."
BONK!
"Chill out."
As we waited for our food, I noticed the many glares from the rest of the patrons of this "fine" establishment. Why did Naofumi have choose this place of all places. Anyways, I also saw that Raphtalia isn't sitting at the table. I gently took her hand and pulled her slowly towards me, making her sit beside me and opposite of Naofumi.
When the food arrived, I immediately saw the look on Raphtalia's face, her eyes sparkled brightly and her mouth was watering as she took a whiff of the hot food being presented to her.
"Wow!"
I couldn't help but smile at her childish demeanor, been awhile I was around children under my care.
"Dig in Raphy."
"Really!?"
"Haha yes now eat, eat and- oh wow..."
God what did her previous owner do to her? Wonder the fucker's still alive and kicking, hope so cause I wanna shove this stake so far up his ass that his insides get shredded by the time I take it out and then stick it in his throat for good measure.
I then look over to Raphtalia, who was enjoying her food. May need to teach her manners... the rice can be sticky. I then asked her about her experience with warm food and by god if cuteness could kill, Raphtalia would be charged with homicide for it.
GOD SHE'S SO HAPPY!!!
