"Aye, what I tell you about ordering me around like yo dog or sumn?" Halo glared at Nova before walking into H&M.
They have been arguing like a married couple for the past hour and a half.
"You asked for my help, I'm giving it to you love." Nova sighed dramatically.
I eyed her and she quickly glanced back at me, she thinks she slick.
Right now, Nova was showing her soft side.. it may seem harsh to Halo but this definitely was her trying to be nice.
"Yo sister is irritating as fuck!"
It seemed as if every thing Halo laid her hand on, Nova bought, it was honestly adorable.
"Who said I even wanted that bro?" Halo complained, while Nova continued to trail behind her.
About an hour later I'm sure Nova had spent over at least 15K on shoes, clothes, small jewelry, etc.
"I didn't expect this out of you." I gave Nova a small smile.
"Not too much, Im just helping out a stranger..." She mumbled, carrying literally all the bags.

"I have it!" She snapped briefly.

"Halo, our barber is already waiting on you at the house so I'll make sure you see to her as quick as possible." Nova said, opening the door for her as I sat in the backseat.
We didn't take the limo because Nova wanted to drive.
"Uhm.. thank you for all this foreal, I've never had most of these things." Halo told her genuinely.
"It's only the beginning." Nova replied before putting her sunglasses on and speeding off.

"Not finna lie to you bro, you look fine AS FUCK!" I hyped her up as she stood in the mirror.
Halo had just finished getting her hair cut, and I could tell her confidence shot through the roof.
"Thanks man." She dapped me and we headed to the theater downstairs.
"That new minions movie just came out, you tryna see that?" I asked her.
"Hell yeah, I saw the trailer earlier... where's Nova?" She whispered the last part.
I busted out laughing at her goofiness, this girl is a whole clown I swear.
"Ion know, text her." I shrugged as my laughter died down.
"I don't even have her number.." She said before getting up for some popcorn.
"I'll send it to you. Can you get me some?" I pouted.
"Alright, big baby." She rolled her eyes.
I scrolled through my contacts and sent her number to her a few seconds later.
"Ya'know, y'all look exactly alike. Except for the eyes though." She told me and smiled to herself shorty after.
"You blushing over there?" I side eyed her as she handed me my popcorn.
Before she could reply Nova walked in, staring daggers at Halo.
"Where you been?" I asked her.
"Meeting." She simply replied, but not looking away from Halo.
"You like itttttttt?" Halo swung her curly fro as if it was some bundles.

"Sexy?" I finished for her and she shot her eyes over at me.
"I was going to say nice, but that'll do."
"Girl you know she want some of this." Halo sung to her.
"You wish." Nova blew her a kiss back before telling me to scoot over.

"Scoot." She repeated.
"I'll just sit in the middle damn." Halo huffed making us separate.
"Bestie you want some candy?"
"Skittles please." Halo chessed.
We established we were best friends earlier today.. because why not?
"Mhm." I saw Nova roll her eyes in my peripheral.
"Do you want some your highness?" I chuckled.
"Nope, what we watching?" She looked towards the movie screen.
"Minions." Halo yawned and laid her head on Nova shoulder.
I got our snacks together and headed back to my spot.

We were about an hour into the movie and Halo is knocked out. It was almost over anyways.
"You wanna just head to bed?" I said, looking over at Nova.
She was looking down at Halo, peacefully sleep in her lap.
"Uh yeah, go ahead I'll make sure she's alright." Her phone started going off and she looked over.
I glanced down and it said Daze...
"You foreal still messing around with that woman?" I turned my nose up at her.
"The last time we did anything was last month..." She sighed.
"Whatever bro, just make sure you get her to bed." I said before getting up.
