Being the General of Watasumi Island comes with a lot of responsibilities. Though I did not dislike these responsibilities they became tiring at times.

But the fight was over.

The Vision Hunt Decree was over.

The long-awaited freedom of Inazuma had been achieved.

I woke up early in the morning to run some errands. Ensure that Watasumi Island is safe. The Vision Hunt Decree might be over but the Fatui were still around. I walked out of my tent to be greeted by the Traveller. They had also done a great deal in helping the Vision Hunt Decree to be demolished.

'Hey, Gorou! Feeling a bit more at ease after the good news about the Decree?' said Traveller's floating friend.

'Hm? Oh, yeah. It makes me feel more at ease... I suppose.' I said reluctantly.

Even after the Vision Hunt Decree... I still felt uneasy. It had been 3 days since and all the conversations I had encountered about the incident were about how brave Traveler was. Of course, that is very true and reasonable, though I might've been slightly disappointed that no one admired the Resistances efforts. We had done a lot and fought endlessly to bring Inazuma where it is now but.. we don't get any recognition for our attempts.

I didn't want to talk about this to any of the soldiers because they seemed to be pretty happy. I also couldn't risk my private feelings being leaked outside.

'Where are you off to, Gorou?' Traveller asked.

I didn't want to tell them I was going to scout a few areas. They would accompany me to help me out but I didn't want that. My personal guarding of the Island was also like a get-away from the world to me. Most of the time nothing was wrong so I could freely think about opportunities and other important incidents that happened in life.

'Oh, nowhere in specific don't worry.' I lied.

'Alright then! Goodbye, Gorou. I'm going to head off to meet Ayaka.' Traveler said smiling.

'Goodbye Traveller.' A familiar voice came from behind me.

'Ah! Kazuha! What a poor timing I was just heading off.' Traveler said.

I looked behind to see the white-haired man standing before me.

'Kazuha..' My voice trailed off.

We were childhood friends. We used to be very close. Kokomi and Beidou had a strong connection together as well. We had trained together and expanded our abilities. I'm not going to be dishonest, I had a huge crush on him. It started as admiration but slowly I must have developed feelings. I never told him about how a felt because I was too shy and I decided I shouldn't let these feelings damage our friendship. I was devastated when he decided to leave for Liyue. I felt bad for what happened to Tomo, one of the main reasons I had disliked the Raiden Shogun was because of what she made Kazuha go through...

'Don't worry about it, Traveler. We'll talk sometime later. Safe journey.' Kazuha said smiling brightly.

I felt my heart beating restlessly.

'Goodbye, then you two!' Paimon said smiling.

The two of them disappeared as they slowly walked away.

'Shall we then, General?' Kazuha said holding out his hand.

'Huh..?' I didn't know what he meant. Was he taking me somewhere?

He chuckled softly as the wind flew by making his bangs flow around.

'I'm coming along with you. Wherever you're off to.' He said flashing his smile again.
