Murder: part one

Some stuff: Maia has been Mattheo's best friend for as long as she could remember. But one day she gets framed and arrested for the murder of her parents.

(Tw): Heavy language, and violence!

Maia's POV:
"I didn't kill them!" I screamed at the officer. "Then who did? And tell me the truth Maia." I looked at him and thought about it in my head. "I-I don't know." I said looking down. I was really close to just using magic on him but I couldn't or else I'd get expelled from Hogwarts.

Mattheo's POV:
"Where is she!" I thought while standing by the train. I looked at the time again 15 minutes till the train leaves. I paced around the station till I heard my name being called, I snapped my head up hoping to see Maia running towards me, but instead was met with Draco Malfoy walking towards me. "Oi! Mattheo! Where's your little girlfriend!" He said walking towards me with a sly smirk on his face. "She's not my girlfriend Malfoy." I said glaring at him. "At least not yet." I muttered under my breath. "Whatever" he said.

Maia's POV:
I looked at the time. Only 9 minutes until the train leaves. "No, no, no, no!" "Um sir." I said. "What Maia?" He said looking over at me. I looked back at the clock 8 minutes. "Uh- I'm gonna be late to school." I say pointing to the time. He looked over to the clock. "Maia school doesn't start for another hour." "No you don't get it my school starts early and I can't miss it." He ran his hands over his face. "Fine." He said unlocking the  cuffs. "Go hurry." He said. "Thank you." I said running out the door thank fully the train station wasn't that far. I got there looked at the time. 6 minutes I ran in between platforms 9 & 10. When I get there I spot Theo. "THEO!" I yell.

Mattheo's POV:
I was started pacing again after Malfoy left, I looked up at the clock 6 minutes I was starting to get worried. "THEO!" I snapped my head to where my name was being called and saw Maia running towards me, when I saw her my face lit up and I ran towards her. Once I got to her I picked her up in a hug and spun around. After I set her down I tucked a strand of hair behind her ear. "Where were you? What took you so long? Did something happen? Who do I need to kill?" I asked her just a few of the questions I had.

Maia's POV:
He had picked me up and spun around which he never did with anyone. After that he tucked a loose strand of hair behind my ear and asked a bunch of questions. "Where were you? What took you so long? Did something happen? Who do I need to kill?" "Whoa calm down Theo." I told him. "To answer your questions. 1: I was at the police station. 2: I was being interrogated. 3: yes something did happen and I'll tell you on the train. 4: you don't have to kill anyone. Yet." I said. He hugged me again. "I was so worried about you." He said while hugging me. I looked at the time 3 minutes till the train leaves. "3 minutes till the train leaves we better get on." I said pulling away from the hug. He grabbed my hand and we walked onto the train together. We passed by Draco and his possy. Which ended in Draco saying "I see you found your girlfriend Riddle!" and his group laughing along with him.
