I couldn't believe that Neil was coming. I wanted to die knowing he loved ___-ah like I did. But I'm also happy because my friend is finally coming back. ___-ah would be very happy and so will the others. I guess imam to keep my identity as his best friend I have to follow his wishes to keep his surprise secret.

I grabbed my presents for ___-ah I bout and headed home to wrap them up in a nice wrapping. I wrote a card and placed the most meaningful poem I can think of written inside.

I placed the gifts by my bed side and slept soundly wishing my lover life was much easier. I love ___-ah... But is she worth ruining my friendship with Neil?

I don't know anymore honestly...

The next morning I woke up early and got dressed for school in my uniform. I was about to put my contacts on when one fell down the drain.

"Awe shit! Now what?"

I looked around and found no spare contacts. I sighed and went to my mom. She said I could wear my glasses. I haven't worn those in a long while honestly. the reason was because I felt I didn't look well in glasses. I sighed and swallowed my dignity and decided to wear them for today.

When I arrived at school everyone was starring at me with confusion. Whispers and giggles were heard.

I suspected that but what I heard wasn't what I expected.

"Omg is that Ljoe?"

"He looks adorable with his glasses"

"If you add bunny ears he could be a kawaii bunny neko"

The more compliments I heard the more I blushed in embarrassment and shock. I was mostly embarrassed though cuz being called cute for me means look a lot like a child. I feel weird when that happens.

As I walked to my locker to get my books I got another text from Neil.

To: Me

Change of plans. I'm coming tomorrow. i found an earlay flight! I can't believe my luck^^ please be sure not to tell anyone. I still want it to be a surprise. I trust you won't.

Anyway, see you tomorrow Ljoe^^]

After I read that my heart sank again. I couldn't believe things just changed so quickly.

I punched my locker and tried not to cry. I breathed heavily and calmed a bit. My heart was aching knowing my progress of getting ___-ah will all soon be nothing but a waste.

I had to ruin his surprise for her was what my mind told me but my heart said different.

It told me to not spoil it

It told me to stay pure

It told me to be calm

It told me to relax and that everything will be alright

But my mind told me

It's not alright

It's not ok

Your love life is ruined

Your efforts are all wasted

Ruin his life like he's ruined yours

I was in a fight with myself. I didn't know what to do but stay quiet.

So I did.

I was quiet the entire day up till fifth period when I was with ___-ah in art class.

She was beautiful as usual to me. I was nervous of what she thought of my glasses so I was hesitant when coming into class. I made sure to turn the other direction when she looked up at me. My heart was beating fast strangely in fear that ___-ah might find me to look very ridiculous with my glasses.

She came up to me sounding worried.

"oppa is something wrong? You are acting strange"

"Yes I'm fine. Just a little embarrassed."

"Why oppa?"

I blushed. I looked I the corner of my eye and saw ___-ah look at me worriedly so I sighed and turned to her and she smiled and giggled.

"whats with the glasses?"

"Ugh. I had to wear these because I lost my contact lenses."

"Well it's a cute look at least."

When I heard those words I blushed the deepest and brightest shade of red probably. She giggled and smiled at me and i smiled back. We went straight to work after that and we had some fun making jokes and chatting as we did.

I smiled the entire time while I was with her. I felt as if my life has been complete. If only it were to last and my life would be fulfilled.

Maybe she is worth more than Neil to me. I've known her longer than anyone and she's always been there for me like I've been there for her.

I don't know honestly. I'll just keep my mouth shut till he comes then confess when the time is right. You never know what would happen if things got out of hand. If I told her about Neil he probably would've done something to ruin things for me and ___-ah.

I better be quiet just in case.
