Nagising ako ng ala una ng madaling araw nang makaramdam ako ng gutom kaya naman agad akong lumabas ng kwarto at bumaba papuntang kusina upang magluto.
I opened the lights and then went to the cupboard to check if there's any cup noodles left only to see my cupboard completely empty. Lumipat ako sa refrigerator at binuksan ito pero wala din itong laman. Kailangan ko na naman mag grocery.
I sighed and marched back to my room to get a hoodie.
Bibili nalang ako ng makakain ko sa labas.

Hindi nakakatakot maglakad dito dahil marami namang street lights at mahigpit ang pagbabantay ng mga guards sa subdivision. Ganun din naman pag nakalabas na ng subdivision, may mga naka duty na police buong gabi sa iilang kanto kaya naman madalang ang may nangyayaring hindi maganda.
Patuloy ako sa paglalakad ng makita ko ang bukas na takoyaki house sa kabilang side ng kalsada kaya naman agad akong tumawid at pumasok sa loob.
Inikot ko ang paningin at nakitang may mga iilan silang customer sa loob. Itinuon ko ang aking atensiyon sa menu nila bago ako umorder.
Nang matapos akong magorder ay umupo ako sa upuan sa tabi ng glass window habang naghihintay ng order. Iilang minuto lang rin naman ang hinintay ko bago ito dumating kaya wala na akong sinayang na oras para kumain.
I was already walking my way home when I passed by a convenience store. I'm still thinking about whether I should buy some things for tomorrow or just buy them at the grocery store on sunday. In the end I still went in and grabbed some things that I have to buy and some snacks that I can eat while I'm studying. I'm already near the counter when someone bumps on me. I heard a little clanking sound but I was in a state of shock that I didn't even bother to know what it was anymore.
I faced the guy's direction with an irritated face but he didn't even care. He's wearing a grey hoodie. The hood of it were covering his face.
He mutters a sorry without looking at me and then proceeds on putting a cup noodles, an energy drink, and one gallon of ice cream to the cashier register. He looks like he's in a rush.
I wanted to punch him but I just let it go.
Maybe next time.
He's already paying for it when his phone suddenly rang. I saw how he answered it without even looking at the call register. He put it on his left ear so I could see a clear view of his hand.

"I'm already on it. Just wait up Lia" He sounds annoyed. I shifted my gaze from him since I don't wanna eavesdrop and just look at some random things around the store.
When he's done he immediately storms off the store. I step in and put the basket full of food and necessities in the cashier register. The cashier was already scanning my stuff so I waited for it to be done. I looked at my shoes only to see a round metal bracelet on the ground. I don't have plans on picking it up but something is urging me to.
I picked it up from the floor and took it with my hand. The cashier is already done so I put it in my hoodie's pockets without looking at it. I immediately pay for my purchases and then start walking home.
Pagkarating ko ng bahay ay agad kong nilagay sa mga lalagyanan ang mga pinamili ko para naman hindi na ko maabala pa bukas na magligpit. Ito ang mahirap kapag magisa ka lang sa bahay dahil kahit anong pagod at tamad mo ay kakailanganin mo parin gumawa ng mga gawaing bahay gaya ng pagliligpit at pagluluto.
