The title is one of many things that attract readers to your book, so this is very important.
Research titles within your genre- This will help you to think of ideas or things to build off of to get an awesome title that fits in with the genre of your book.
Use the name of an important character/place- This will help readers understand more of what the book is mainly about and/or help them realize the significance behind certain people and places.
Use alliteration or another way to make it memorable- Making your title memorable will help readers to spread word about it; if a reader doesn't remember the title they can't suggest it.
Try to keep it as short as possible- Long titles are hard to remember and that will make readers less likely to suggest your book since they forget what it is called.
Make sure the title isn't already taken- If the title is already taken, it can cause confusion for readers on what book they want to read. It is also better to be original to make the title stick with readers.
