Stan is actually one of the most supportive people of Mabel and Dipper dating people of their same sex, even more so than their parents. The only problem he has with Dipper's relationship is that he's not so happy about him dating Bill. Actually, he's almost entirely against it.
That doesn't stop them from dating anyway.
