Jack crashed the party and I can't be happier to see him. Even though he doesn't look quite so happy to see me here back at Plasma after telling me to stay away. I did catch the once over he gave me feeling even more self-conscious. Jack's eyes travel to Phin and then over to the man next to me. The one he called Tiberius.

I gazed back at Jack thankful to see him but, I can already see the scolding storm swirling in his eyes.

"Come here," Jack said in a commanding tone.

I obeyed nearly jumping into his arms to get away from Tiberias. I stood behind Jack peering around his shoulder, gazing over at Phineas. He lowered his head releasing a long exhausted sigh. He seemed to know more about this situation than anyone else.

"Look, if the two of you men want to get physical, please do it outside." He breathed out with his hands resting on his hips.

Tiberias smirked stuffing his hands in the pockets of his slacks from where he stood. He didn't seem to be opposed to the idea of an altercation between him and Jack. It almost seemed as though he wanted it that way.

"No need to worry," Jack ground out. "We're leaving."

He grabbed my hand turning away ready to get out of the miserable club until Tiberias appeared in front of us. I blinked wondering how he made it there so quickly.

"You, by all means, may leave my old friend but, I think the lady can decide on her own," Tiberias switched his taunting gaze from Jack to me.

I became silent snared by his captivating gaze, I almost changed my mind about wanting to leave. My thoughts swayed blurring with uncertainty and confusion. That's until Jack tucked me behind him out of sight from Tiberias. I came to my senses shaking my head and feeling a headache coming on.

"Stop it," Jack warned.

"What's this?" Tiberias crooned tilting his head. "Are you keeping her all to yourself Jacky, or is it she has no idea where she is?"

I stepped out from behind Jack creasing my brows together.

"What is this place?"

Tiberias looked back at Jack with an evil smile satisfied with the mischief he caused, he chuckled at Jack.

"Shall I tell her, or would you prefer to be the one to explain, Jacky?"

Jack growled lowly in the back of his throat balling his hands into fists. His jaw ticked with murderous intent.

"She doesn't need to know-

"She can speak for herself." I snapped stepping up beside Jack and speaking over him. "I'll ask again, what is this place?"

"My dear, this club is a feeding ground for our kind," Tiberias smirked.

"Feeding ground? " I repeated as if he were nuts, hell all of them are crazy for the odd behavior. I especially didn't miss the way Tiberias said "our kind."

It was all too ridiculous and I certainly needed a mental break. For now, some air would suffice. I stepped away only to be stopped by the creep himself. He placed a hand on my arm that I tried to shrug off.

"Off so soon?"

Jack appeared in a flash grabbing Tiberias by the front of his jacket by forcefully moving him away from me. An angry vein bulged in Jack's forehead as he glared at Tiberias. He returned an impassive stare enjoying the rise he's gotten out of Jack.

"Watching you struggle with your true nature is quite amusing," Tiberias drawled out pleased with himself.

Jack stepped forward grabbing Tiberias with both his hands, both of them now face to face.
