Ch. 4: naruto in uzushiogakure
at 9am in the morning hinata gathered all the remaining of konoha 12 in the hokage office plus sai.
Sasuke: hinata, what is the porpose of you gathering the konoha 11, and where is naruto? why isn't he here?
everyone is also confused, why didn't hinata invited naruto? but before she could answer the hokage door open revealing the 5th hokage, senju tsunade.
Tsunade: I will answer that question. here.
tsunade put down the hitae-ate(forehead protector) that belongs to naruto. everyone was not only surprised but also shock and also understand what the meaning is.
Sakura(a tear fell): th-this is, this belongs to naruto! tsunade-sama, why do you have naruto's hitae-ate? please, don't tell me...
this time, it was hinata who answered.
Hinata(heads down): he left, sakura-san, at 3am this morning. I tried to stop him and convinced him to reconsider, but he said he needed to leave to find a new meaning, porpose and dream. but he did say he will return soon, not exactly sure when, though.
sasuke stiffen and his friends saw it.
Ino: is it because tsunade-sama choose sasuke-kun as his successor?
Shika: it's not sasuke's fault. but if that was really the reason, then who can blame naruto?
Shino(nod): we all know it was his dream to become hokage. To take his dream away from him is really not a good idea.
everyone especially tsunade and sasuke can only hang their heads low in shame.
Sasuke: tsunade-sama, can you please reinstate yourself as the hokage again? I wish to go and look for naruto myself.
Hinata: please don't, sasuke-san. naruto-kun promise me that he will return soon and he always keep his words and he never said that he hate you or tsunade-sama for not being choosen. I believe in him, so please, you must as well.
Her friends and tsunade look at the hyuuga princess in surprise, her faith in naruto is as wide and vast as her love for him.
< 10 days later >
while the life of everyone goes on and continue as usual, uzumaki naruto arrived in uzushiogakure (village hidden in the whirlpools).
naruto look at the destroyed home of his Kin, the uzumaki's. he learn about this village when he was still an academy student. one can say that the topic regarding the home of his Kin is the only part he remembered and favorite in history subject.
naruto's tears drop when he notice the many skeletons littered in the ground, some are probably invaders while most are his family.
Naruto(in tears): don't worry guys, I will give you all a proper burial. as one of the remaining uzumaki survivor I give you my word.
