Chapter 5

********Annabeth's POV********

Grace was suspened today so she go to stay home along with Bianca. Bianca was in her room coloring and Grace was in the pool. I had the Tv on while I was cleaning and my ears Perked up when the name Peryc Jackson was mentioned. I looked on the screen and saw Percy with a Gold medal hung around his neck. He looked as handsom as ever and was perfect in every way. 

"Mom? Can I please have a snack to eat?" Bianca asked.  I switched the Tv off and gave her some crackers. I decided to go clean out Grace's room since it is the definition of mess. 

I walked in and decided to go through her closet. I opened it and realized it was pretty neat. The one thing that caught my eye was a picture of Percy. I told the girls stories about him and all but I didn't think they adored him this much. 

I walked in to BIanca's room and looked inside her closet. She too had a picture of percy in there. I gave up on cleaning thier rooms today and decided to make a snack for myself. I took out a bowl and a note fell out. It was the one mom gave me. I sighed and opened it.

Where: Camp HAlf Blood, Long Island New york

When: 5:00 to whenever on The 16 of May

May 2 months from now. I would like to see everyone but don't know If I should. What would I do with the girls?

"Put them in the kids Club." wipshered a voice behind me. I turned to see mom (Athena) standing there. "I'll pick them up so they can go to bed." she smiled at me.  She flashed away. "Yeah, I'll go." I told myself. 

I sent a quick text to piper that I would be comming to the reunion and she asked if I was going to reveal that I'm back or stay hidden. I didn't think about that. I decided that I would stay unknow for as long as I needed to be. 

"Girls, we are goinging to be going on a trip in 2 months okay?" I yelled. "Okay" was the only response I got. I reread the invitation and realized, The Seven. Percy was included.  I sighed remembering the face I had just seen on the TV.

"Hey, mom?" asked Bianca. "What" "Can you tell me and Grace a story about dad?" "Sure, go sit on the couch." I laughed.  I grabbed my water bottle and sat down. 

"Well, when I first met your father he was knocked out cold." "Why" "he had just beaten the minotaur with no personal experience. He was trying to save his best friend Grover." I continued the story of how we went to go return Zeus master bolt and hades helm. 

BY the time I finished the girls had so many questions, just like they always do though. Then a question Grace asked made me think for a minute, "Can I meet dad?" I looked at her for a couple minutes then replied with, "One day, maybe" "I don't ever want to meet dad." BIanca wealed away towads her bedroom. 

"Grace, stay here for sec, okay?" I asked. She nodded. I started towards Bianca's room and knocked on the door. "Come in" "Hey, how come you don't ever want to see your dad?" I asked. "Well, in your stories he sounds awsome and great and able to walk. If he knew I was his daughter, the one that couldn't walk. He would be so ashamed." She sighed. "NO, no one in the world thinks that. Not me not grace, Piper or Jason. Your dad won't either" I looked her straight in the eye. "OKay" she nodded and started reading. I walked out of her room to go prepare dinner. 

"Grace what do you want to eat tonight." I asked opening the fidge and freeezer. "Pasta" she replied with. "How about Chicken Nuggets and curley fries" I suggested. "Sure" I started reading the packages but was interrupted. "Hey, mom how did you decide on Bianca and Grace for names" Grace questioned. 

"Well, you are named after my Friend Thalia Grace and Jason Grace who are the kids of Zeus. Bianca was named after my friend who died but was very brave." I answered. "Wow, Thats cool. When will Dinner be ready?" "In 20-25 minutes" I answered. 

Gace groaned. "Well, while you wait you can always  clean your room." I suggested. "Thats a horrible idea!" Grace laughed. "I'll just watch TV until dinner is ready" she sighed.  "Stop, we can eat outside since it is nice. Go set the picnic table." I commanded. 

grace slided off the couch and went outside to set the table. "Whats for dinner?" Bianca asked. "We are making Chicken fingers and Fries" I answered. "Yum and mom since Grace is suspened tomarrow too can we rent a movie and watch it tonight?" she pleaded. "Fine, go pick one out" I laughed. She sped over to the TV and started clicking through. 

Dinner was ready not to long after Bianca picked out the movie Mary poppins returns. I agreed to it and brought the food outside. 

Grace playing with the water when I came outside. She immediatly stopped and starting eating her food like she hadn't been fed in weeks. Bianca was talking about what was happening in school and Grace was adding in stuff here and there. 

eventually the conversation did drift towards Demigod and Legacy stuff but not much. I told the girls about the trip we were going to take and what we would end up doing while we were staying there. 

The girls seemed excited to be going on a trip we haven't been on one since I took the girls to Hershey PA. Grace then starting talking about how we need to watch this new movie called, "Goosbumps" she excliamed. Apparently it was some sort of monster thing so, I told her she could watch it on the drive to Long Island.
