George turned down the computer screen in frustation. He looked at the black screen in disbelief. Why was he doing this?
Dream was getting married whether he wanted it or not. Why couldn't George just forget about this dumb crush and move on?
Why did he have to feel so numb and empty whenever Dream was with his Girlfriend?
And why did he have to basically be happy ever time he saw them fighting? Why wasn't he just happy for Dream?

Well he was in love. And thats what he hated the most. Being in love with someone that you know you could never have a chance with. Or that you know has their eyes on someone else.

Ringgggggg

George basically fell of his seat in pure shock. He looked around him confused, he later eyes on his phone that was laying on the bed side table. The dew cracks on the phone made it hard to see who it was from far away. He rolled over with his chair to his phone and picked it up.

Dream

George sighed.
Really?
Right at that moment?

"Hello?" He heard a happy voice and exited voice call out for him at the other end. He heard a small giggle at the other end. Obviously. She was there to. He made a quiet 'mmh' sound in response. He was expecting some type of 'oh hey George do you wanna watch a movie with me and Jess?' or 'hey dude me and Jess are going out shopping wanna join?'

But no. he didn't get what he expected.

"Hey George.." he seemed nervous. George sat there silent, waiting. It was surely not some 'hey wanna hang out' thing. George heard another cute giggle from the other end. This time from Dream.

"Me and Jessie are getting married" George basically dropped the phone. Married? Of all the things in the word Dream could have told George, This was what it had to be. George couldn't speak. He felt numb. Empty. Like he always did when he found out something good happened in between Dream and Jessie. But this? This was on a whole new level.

"George?" Dream said a slight hint of worry in his words. George took a deep breath taking the phone away from his place a few meters to make sure Dream didn't hear him.

"Uh...oh yeah..i-" George was only able get before trying again.

"I'm just a but shocked wow" he was able to say. He was holding in tears. Married?? His heart sunk everytime he thought about it. Thought about going to their wedding. To be fair he didn't even wanna go. But what type of friend does not go to their best friends wedding? No one. I guess he just had to watch the live of his life getting married to another woman.

This is more fun to write than anything i have ever written before lol
