The rally was going great, in Hayden's opinion. He couldn't believe Connor and Risa were actually here. He also couldn't believe what happened to them. It had been so long since he had seen them...

Hayden had been walking around among the crowd, conversing with people who chose to speak. Connor was with him, so of corse people kept stopping them, asking for autographs, pictures, or other things of that sort. Hayden paused, seeing a group of oddly dressed people standing around looking confused. Hayden tapped Connor's shoulder and pointed to them.

"You think we should see what's wrong?" he asked. Connor shrugged, "I don't see why not. I mean, maybe they're lost. It wouldn't hurt to help." So the two friends made their way to the group. They seemed to be in a heated argument.

"I don't care if it was an accident, you're gonna get us back!" A man with dark sunglasses with a bow and arrows yelled at a short man in a metal suit. Whoever they were, they all looked as if they were upset with the short man.

"Hey, what seems to be the problem?" Connor asked stepping between the two of them. "Uh, nothing you could understand kid, go back to whatever your parents or something," metal man spoke. Hayden could see how offended Connor was by this, given everything that's happened in his past, so he stepped in.

"Hey Comic Con's just across the street, so if that's where you're headed-" but he was cut off. "Listen, I appreciate you trying to help, but we've got this," a man with a shield said. Hayden smirked. "Really? You can handle it? 'Cause all it seems to me is that you guys are arguing about something that's probably not that big a deal."

"What we're dealing with is something that you couldn't even picture in your wildest dreams. So you can run along," Tony said waving his hand. Hayden's sass was now activated.

"Excuse you, but unwinding could end forever! Honestly, I'd believe just about anything. I wouldn't even be surprised if you all were aliens." Tony smirked, staring at Thor which earned him a glare from the god.

"I don't mean to be rude, but why would we tell you?" Hayden gave them a cocky smirk. "Because you all are clueless as to what's going on, and me and my friend here are the best people to explain what's going on." Connor gave him a look. "Oh shut Connor." Connor laughed, "I didn't say anything."

"You were thinking it." Connor smiled, "Oh, so now you're a mind reader." "Yup." Connor rolled his eyes.

"So what the hell is going on here?" Tony asked. "This," Hayden said, holding his arms out by his sides, "Is the beginning of a new age. People are finally coming to their senses and taking a stand against unwinding!"

"What is unwinding?" Hawkeye asked. Connor and Hayden stared at them with gaping mouths. "Have you been asleep for 70 years or something?!" Hayden asked. Tony smiled widely and poked Steve in the side and shook his shoulders which Steve brushed him off, annoyed.

"Are you joking? You have to be joking," Connor said. "We, uh, aren't from around here," Bruce said. Connor shook his head, "Doesn't matter where you come from, every country has it, although it's most prominent in the U.S." Connor explained. Hayden said, "I'm not too ready to rule out that alien thing just yet," Hayden said jokingly. "To be truthful you shouldn't," Tony said, making Hayden's smirk disappear.

"What do you mean?" he asked. Now it was Tony's turn to smirk. "Let's just say one of us is not like the other," Tony said, casually pointing at Thor. Natasha jabbed him in the side with her elbow, making him shut up. "He's joking," she said, voice sugar sweet. Too sweet. Connor starred wearily at the group of odd people. His experience showed that you never trust someone who's voice sounded like that.

"Would you mind telling us what unwinding is exactly?" Steve asked, trying to find information about this strange universe. "Sure," Connor said and started to explain the long story.
