𝚁𝚘𝚢𝚊𝚕 𝚌𝚒𝚝𝚢 𝚘𝚏 𝚌𝚊𝚛𝚊𝚝𝚕𝚊𝚗𝚍

The atmosphere of the room was high and tense. Junhui was glaring at his father while his father calmly ate his morning meal.

"Is there something you would like to share with me Junhui?" His father said keeping his eyes on his plate and not even sparing a glance at Junhui
"If so talk. If not keep your mouth shut."

Junhui felt anger bubble up inside of him as his father spoke.

      "Yes there is. May I take this word?" Junhui asked, trying to calm his anger. His father hummed in agreement as Junhui looked at KunWan who just nodded.

      "I cannot believe that you wouldn't allow yourself to educate your children. The village is a great source for me to learn. To survive and be careful of my surroundings. The village is a place where I can be myself not just some dumb handsome Prince. Father, listen to me. You are failing yourself by not trying to improve your children's growth. I will grow more if I am at a place that can provide that. I want to find myself, not be titled a handsome prince who doesn't even know how to find himself. I need to find myself, find the beauty within the world." Junhui spoke, his father was shocked with the power Junhui spoke in.

         Junhui looked at his father who just scoffed and looked at him before replying,

    "Back again with this topic? I thought both you and me agreed not to speak of the village again?! Cant you see I'm worried about your protection? What would happen if some rotten thief were to steal some of your stuff? What would you do then? What would you do when I'm not there to save you?" His father spat back.

     "I can prove to you. Father I'm not worthless. I'm very clever when my mind is at ease. Give me a week. I will go there and prove to you that I am someone who doesn't need you. Someone who doesn't need a title to define who they are." Junhui said before his father sighed loudly.
    "Fine! Only is Mingyu and WonWoo will be with you at all times. And KunWan will have to be by your side." Junhui smiled at his father's response.

  "I will father, I won't disappoint you."

Joshua was walking back to his home as he finally closed his shop, he walked inside his home and placed his bag on the side. He entered his kitchen and started preparing himself a meal.

"Joshua!" A voice yelled. Following the sound footsteps.

Joshua yelled back that he was in the kitchen. Soon Jihoon and Minghao both stood at the doorway of the kitchen.

"Soonyoung finally came to me, he gave me these pretty white roses. He told me that he wanted to impress me and how he wanted to get to know me better, he's such a gentleman-" Jihoon started before Joshua cut him off with a small giggle.
"Yes yes I know, he came to my shop to get those white roses." Jihoon's eyes widen as he looked at the flower smiling back up at Joshua.

Joshua prepared the three of them a meal of kimchi and stir fried rice.

They all sat as Joshua lit up the oil lamp. And started eating the meal.

"Have you heard that the prince may be coming down to the village?" Minghao randomly spoke.
"Huh I didn't know, it'll be exciting since the festival is arriving soon." Joshua replied
