Claire is in her room sleeping when Damon comes in from behind me. He covers my eyes with he's hands says guess who. When I said someone who's gonna make me pancakes when he smiled said yep. When he kisses my forehead walks to the kitchen to make pancakes. When Claire wakes up wanting pancakes when I picked her up she ran right to daddy. Claire wanted to wear her one year old shirt today. She looks so adorable in it so happy and excited to spend a day with her daddy. I'm heading to shop with Bonnie Caroline for a couple of hours Claire is such a daddy's girl. Damon was feeding Claire while I got ready to leave for a couple of hours. Few minutes later Bonnie Caroline knocked on the door. I let them come inside while I said goodbye to Claire and Damon I walked out the door. When Claire started crying when I smiled I'll be right back I'll get you a new toy. When she started smiling again she's so sweet Bonnie replied smiling. Few minutes later we left I kissed Damon one more time when he said go will be fine.

Damon's POV.
I changed Claire's outfit because she was getting sleepy. I took her a bath she didn't like it then after her bath I got her ready for bed. She didn't want to sleep she wanted to stay up with me as I said sweetie time for bed. When she rubbed her eyes started to close her eyes. But when I left her room she woke up following me when I picked her up. Laid her in my arms we both fell asleep together until Elena came back home. Two hours later Elena came home with Claire sleeping beside me on the couch. I picked up Claire laid her down in her crib she smiled in her sleep.
