Chapter 52

Elena's POV.

The next morning I saw Claire laughing with Damon. When I walked into the living room how long has she been up. When he says about fifteen minutes why when I said cuz I wanted to see her first. I can't believe that Claire is two years old she's getting so big. I wish that Claire didn't have to worry about witches bothering Claire or hunting her down. When Claire uses magic the witches can tell when she uses it. I wish they would leave her alone she is just a baby she's not dangerous or hurting anyone. I will hunt them down kill them if they try to hurt my baby. When Damon kisses my check says morning when Claire looks up at me smiles. I fixed Claire some lunch just in case she got hungry before she normally eats. When I heard a knock on the door Damon looks at me he opens the door. I saw Stefan he says what's up brother it's been a month since we talked. When Claire ran up to Stefan hugging he's leg when we smiled at Claire. She says hi uncle Stefan when we all said awe how cute. When Stefan picks her up kisses her cheek when she giggles holding her hands out for Damon. When he picks her up she rubs her sleepy eyes. When Stefan Damon went outside to talk I was with Claire as she falls asleep in my arms. I swear she's adorable I can't imagine my life without Claire. When I went into the kitchen to fix dinner while Claire takes a nap in her room. Damon walks back into the house says wow it smells good in here. When I said yeah we're having chicken alfredo Claire's favorite. Few minutes later Claire started crying when Damon walks into her bedroom. As the food is cooking I walked into her room with Damon. We see her pointing at the the TV screen she points at her remote I guess Mickey Mouse. When I said probably she normally watches it while the food is cooking. When Mickey Mouse was on she giggles smiles at us both. I swear she's getting big when Damon says yep she's beautiful like her mother. When I smiled at Damon when I saw Stefan in the kitchen helping me cook. Few minutes later dinner was done when Damon and Stefan both said it looked good. When we got the table set up with plates forks I was looking for Claire plate. She uses her Mickey Mouse plate and her sippycup when I see Claire eating out of Damon's plate. Drinking out of a glass see she's a big girl. When Stefan says wow  without her sippycup when I said I know she's so big. After dinner I gave Claire a bath she loves it with the warm water on warm and the bubbles. Claire is very picky about her bath loves it warm. With Mickey Mouse bubbles her hair smelling like strawberries her skin smelling like flowers. After Claire bath I put on her bedclothes putting her in her baby bed. When Damon gives her kisses on the cheek when Claire instantly falls asleep. We both smiled at Claire whispering goodnight sweetie.
