Character Love Stories (Under story Rewrite)

Cyanide entered his home feeling so drained of energy. Well of course he's going to feel that way, it's the middle of the fucking night. Now that he was home, he could now just go into his bedroom and cuddle with his husband (if the other was home at least) finally after a long day. He started to make his way to the bedroom that he and his lover shared. He took off his cape, folding it neatly, then taking off his shoes and placing them side by side at the door.

Cyanide made his way through the dark quiet hallway. As he continued to walk, he started to hear faint sobs come from the further end of the hallway. This made him confused 'Could it be Blade from his room?' He asked himself. To cure his suspicions, he walked over to his son's room. Carefully opening the door to not disturb him, he got more confused as he saw the small boy fast asleep in his bed. Closing the door again gently wanting the little boy to sleep, Cyanide walked to his bedroom. As his walk continued the sobs got more recognizable, his eyes widened when the puzzle pieces finally clicked in his head. Those were Ryu's cries.

Without a second thought he ran down the rest of the hallway and slammed the door open, not meaning to of course. This made Ryu, who was sitting on the floor, jolted, standing up quickly and summoning his weapon. Ryu stopped himself for a moment, lowered his weapon down upon seeing it was just his lover. "Geez, Nide. You can't just slam doors open, especially someone with fast reflexes like me." Ryu said quietly "Sorry sorry. But I heard your cries so I immediately ran as fast as I could. Are you alright though? What's the matter? Are you hurt? Did someone bother you at all today.?" Cyanide said fastly, questioning the other as he held their hands. But Ryu understood him well through his rambling voice. "Cyanide, calm down please. It was nothing, I'm just crying because I just was, not a big deal."

Cyanide frowned at their response "Baby...We talked about this. Your emotions are always valid, even if there is or isn't a reason to feel them. That's what makes us human, alright?" Cyanide said, pulling them into his embrace, stroking their hair with affection and comfort. Ryu didn't make a move for a moment, until he hugged his lover tightly, crying into his chest as the other gave their forehead gentle kisses. "There there. I'm here baby." Cyanide said with a whisper.
