I woke up to a girl named Pansy talking to another girl name Millicent. I sat up in bed and looked at them. "What time is it?" I asked as I stepped out of the four poster bed. And next to the bed was a dresser and bedside table. I pulled back the Silver and green blankets and sat on my neatly made bed.
"It's six thirty." Pasny sneered. Ah, no wonder they were still sitting in bed covered up. I shrugged, grabbed my robes and walked into the bathroom. I took a quick bath and slipped on my robes and DC skater shoes. After I brushed my hair, I went back to the dorm to see that they were still sitting there. I blinked, and then checked my watch. It was now six-forty. I shrugged, packed my bag for school, and then headed out the door. I made my way towards the lake, and once there, I sat down and looked out at the water.
"Hey, Sorah...right?" I looked up to see a boy with messy back hair and glasses.
"Yeah," I replied. "That's me." He smiled and hesitated before sitting down.
"So, Did I get you in trouble with Snape?" He asked calmly. I grinned and shook my head.
"No, no. He was concerened about me fainting on the train." Harry looked at me wide eyed.
"He is concerned for you?!" He choked. I raised an eyebrow. "I mean, uh, we do not like each other... at all." I snickered.
"I can tell, I mean when he was telling me stuff about the wizarding world, he kept coming to topics about your arrogance or how you're just like your father. I swear, he can't go an hour with out insulting you." I started to laugh. "The funny thing about this, is that I had just met you, and now I'm just spilling my guts." Harry smiled.
"Nah, I don't mind that you are, I mean, Ron and Hermione don't get up till seven-thirty or eight, so I'm free till then." He shrugged. "I'm a morning person."
"Yeah, so am I." I replied. "Do you like going for runs?" He nodded. "Want to?" He smiled.
"Sure, sounds fun." We both got up and ran two laps around the lake. By the time we got back to the tree, there was ten minutes till breakfast. "It was fun, Sorah." He panted, resting his hands on his knees. I did the same.
"Yeah, If your up to it, we could do it again." He nodded.
"Sounds great, but I need to go. And I'm glad you are in Slytherin. You make a good witch!" He threw over his shoulder as he ran up to the castle. I smiled and sighed dreamily.
"My life is great." I whispered to myself as I grabbed my bag, making my way to the castle.

I had already stopped by the common room to get changed and stuff, and then my way down to breakfast. I made my way to The Gryffindor table where I saw Neville. "Hey Nev, Have you seen Luna?" I asked as I shoved a piece of toast in my mouth. He shook his head and looked around the great hall.
"No. Why?" I shrugged.
"Can't a American Slytherin be curious?" He opened his mouth to say something, then shut it. I smirked and stabbed at my eggs.
"You know, You really are sly and stuff... Slytherin is your type of house." He said matter-of-factly.
"Yeah, I should try out for the Quidditch team... ya know, so I can kick the Gryffindors butts." I winked at Neville and he rolled his eyes.
"But Harry Potter is on that team." Said a dreamy voice of Luna Lovegood's. " I think he would kick your butt." I blinked.
" Nah, I way better then him.. I think, I mean, I never saw him play before..." I trailed off and sighed. "I need to watch him play, I guess--"
