Everyone was a little shocked that Poseidon and Athena didn't show up to kill all of us. So, we just went on with the game!
"Truth or dare Conner?" Percy asked, smugly smiling at me. He had something planned. He has been hanging around my brother and I too much. I put my hand on my chin, pretending to think about the question.
"Hm," I hummed, drawing out the suspense. "How about... Dare!" I finally shouted, grinning like an idiot from ear to ear. Now it was Percy's turn to think. When he had finally thought of one, he had the same look Travis and I get, right before launching our pranks. He sat forward, taking his arm off of Annabeth, and leaned forward.
"I dare you," he started slowly, "to climb to the top of the big house and scream the persons name that you like. Telling the entire camp." He rubbed his hands together as my jaw unhinged itself and dropped to the floor, my eyes as wide as Jeff the killer, but I still had my eye-lids.
"NO!" I shouted jumping up from my seat, my face was now extremely red. I do not want to tell everyone, IN CAMP, who I have a crush on! I might be able to deal if it's just the people in this room, but not THE ENTIRE CAMP! I turned to run back to my cabin, being pestered by my brother forever was better then that dare-
A small ghostly pale hand grabbed my arm.
"Sit down, Stoll." Nico said coolly, not releasing my arm. I turned my head, and threw my best glare at him, it scares everyone.
He didn't flinch.
"And if I don't?" I snapped, my voice getting a notch higher with fear of what he'll do to me. Hey, don't blame me! He's the freaking Ghost King!
"Do you really want to know?" He tilted his head to the side, glaring daggers at me.
I swear, if looks could kill, I'd be nothing but a helpless corpse lying on the cold floor. I sighed and he let go of my arm, letting me return to my seat. "Do I, do I do it now?" I muttered to Percy, everyone was on edge after Nico threatening me, although, they seemed a bit sad no one got hurt. Demigods for you.
Percy broke the silence with a quiet, yes. I nodded and stood back up, Nico following suit.
"W-what are you doing? I'm doing the dam dare!" I shouted at Nico, causing Grover, Thalia, and Percy all to burst into laughter at some old joke they all shared. They kept muttering things none of us could understand, I think I heard something about a snack bar?
"Just making sure you do it." Nico replied, ignoring the three people on the floor, crying with laughter.
"I'm coming too!" Will quickly said grabbing Nico. Nico and I both shook our heads.
"Why? I'm not gonna rape your boyfriend Will." I said, watching with amusement as Nico's face exploded with a gigantic blush.
"SHUT UP CONNER!" Nico shouted shoving me out the door. "And Will," he snapped back around, "you don't need to take care of me!"
The ENTIRE walk to the big house was this conversation, it was such a long walk! "Here we are, lover boy." Nico cooed, shoving me to the vines on the side of the Big House, his way of telling me to start climbing. "Hurry up! We don't have all night!" I bolted up the vines, fearing the little Ghost King.
As soon as I got to the top, and was now standing under the stars, breathing in the fresh night air, I took a deep breath and walked towards the edge. I looked out, looking at the very few campers that were still awake, I mean it was midnight, give or take. I looked back at the side to see Nico giving me the sign telling me to hurry up.
I took a deep breath, flipped him the bird, then whispered their name, the person I like. "Sorry, Conner," he laughed, "I didn't seem to hear that." He was smirking at me now. Gods, he's like the Satan! Or maybe he's Metatron? No, Nico's not that bad, he's pretty chill, and so ain't Satan... I watch too much Supernatural.. NO SUCH THING! "Do already! Otherwise I'm coming up!" I sighed and took another big breath.
"I LIKE DYLAN FROM THE ARES CABIN!" I shouted at the top of my lungs, then quickly climbed down and tried to run. Nico stopped me.
"Welcome to the gay club." He whispered as the three of us walked back to Percy's cabin.
Sorry it's been so long!!! And sorry the ending was a bit rushed, my moms yelling at me to go take a shower, :P. But I'll try to update more often! Seeing as I can't do track, I got sick and now I have trouble breathing. Yay, see 'ya!
