always and forever - conrad fisher

part one

me and my family are on our way to the beach house finally. it feels like i haven't been there forever, last summer i had braces, glasses, and a very bad side part. i finally got contacts, my braces off and a middle part. a lot of the guys at school have noticed me now. i hope this summer will be good. joe is driving me and our mom to the beach house. soon my favorite song turns on. 3005 by childish gambino. i start singing it and then my mom told joe to turn it off. we soon arrive. i see belly sitting in the passenger seat. she sees me and her smile got even bigger. i open the car door and run over to her.
belly- i missed you so much cass
cassidy- i missed you too bells
jeremiah- cass!!!
cassidy- jere!!!
i ran over to him and wrapped my arms and legs around him and he was smiling so hard when he saw me. me and him have always had this bond like people would think were dating but we have never. then all of the moms come over but i get distracted by someone walking out of the woods. the one and only conrad fisher. he wraps his arms around me softly.
cassidy- hi connie
conrad- you look good cass. but why the change?
cassidy- are you really asking that... i looked like a dweeb last summer
conrad- i missed you cass.
i couldn't help myself. i started blushing like crazy. i just hid my face into the hug. we then walked over to everyone else and they all were so happy to see me. susannah has always loved seeing me for the summer. sometimes i wished she was my mom. i have a nickname for her only i call her.
cassidy- anna!! i missed you so much!
susannah- cassidy i am so glad your here!
we always had a close bond. i knew my mom didn't like it but whatever. i grabbed my bags and went into my usual summer room. i loved it. there's 3 floors in her house. the first floor has the kitchen living room etc, then 2nd floor is the kids rooms, then the adults. my room is next to conrad's and belly's. i unpack all my clothes then fall asleep on my bed. it's always so comfortable. i then go outside and walk to the beach for a little bit. i pull out my weed and smoke it. someone then sits next to me. i see conrad. he looked happy but confused
conrad- since when?
cassidy- stuff happened when i got home, it was tough
conrad- wanna talk?
cassidy- not really, it was scary.
conrad- okay i'm always here
cassidy- thank you
we then just sat in silence and we passed the joint back and forth. we soon both were high a little bit. he then told me to go to the bonfire with them. i obviously say yes because why would i pass up on drinking and partying. me and conrad then make our way back to the house for dinner. the first dinner back at the beach house. those ones are always the best. susannah hands me and belly a paper. it's for the deb ball. she wants belly to be a deb and me to be a big sister. i hate dresses and all of that dressing up type of things. i told susannah i would think about it and belly did the same. my mom has always wanted me to do this. but laurel doesn't seem like she wants belly to do it.
hours later
i am now getting ready. i put on this violet dress that shows off my curves, then i add my white high top converse. i add some perfume and jewelry and we leave. i feel bad for belly though. she's stuck with the moms for a movie night since she's the youngest. we soon arrived to the beach. all eyes were on me i felt like. this random guy sat next to me and started rubbing his hand on my thigh. i look around and see conrad making out with some girl. i then just start making out with this random guy. someone then breaks us up. it was conrad. then the random guy starts talking
random guy- what the hell dude this was gonna be my slut for the night!
conrad- what the fuck did you just say
cassidy- connie forget about it. it's okay let's just go get a drink
i then try to pull him away but then the guy said something else
random guy- yeah listen to your little bitch
i knew conrad was gonna hit him after that so i just let him. he let go of my hand and swung at this guy. i just sat back and watched. soon i thought it went to far. i walked over and said for them to break it up before the cops get called. but i ended up getting elbowed in my face by the random guy. conrad tries to walk over to me but the guy won't let him and pushed connie to the ground. jeremiah came over to me and asked if i was okay. he brought me to the drinks thankfully. i had 5 shots of vodka. then i grabbed a cup of some sort of fruity alcoholic drink. i finished that quickly. then the cops came. jeremiah and my brother got me and conrad and put us in the back seat of the car. then belly was next to the car with some guy she met. jeremiah was telling her to get in but she told him cam could give her a ride. i rolled my window down and started joining in the conversation. i knew belly was gonna be mad at me for it but whatever. belly then went into the front with jere and joe (pretend there's three seats in the front) we started to drive away
jeremiah- shit steven
we forgot fucking steven. jere told belly and joe to watch me and conrad. conrad started to play with the ends of my hair. he told me he loved my hair. soon a cop came over to the car and asked if we had been drinking... we then got home by police and luckily it was my mom who answered. she doesn't care about this type of stuff but she seemed mad.
claire- what were you guys thinking. and belly how did you even get out?
belly- you all need to stop treating me like a kid. i'm only 2 years younger than cassidy.
claire- you all need to act grown. cassidy and conrad i'm very disappointed in you both. your the oldest. and you guys are lucky it was me and not the others. also cas and belly you will be debs.
cassidy- what the fuck mom.
