The Battle of Legends (Remake)

Chapter 1. The Legacy of Friendship!

There were once a place, that had such beautiful scenery...
where a certain clan had magic and perfect place to have a unique magic, not known to outsiders of man kind, the magic they possess is known as black flames, they can make a black phoenix that is aware of it's surroundings, they only show it when they are needed in battle. However, no one prefer to go out on battle... until a man showed up, he brought back up incase, but a man in the village thought he needed help.

However, the man who had appeared wanted their power, the guy set off a signal for the hidden men, many of the clan had tried escaping the human's carnage, a man ran away, trying to run from the other humans, as he entered his home, he saw his parents and ran up to them, hugging them both. "Mother, father..! What is happening..?!" The man said as he tried to understand the situation. "We don't know... but, I think the rest are dead..." The mother said, crying into his own son's shoulder.. they heard banging on the door, they managed to keep the door closed and locked..

"I-I don't want t-to die...!" The son said, trying to calm down, the parents want to live with him, however they know they'll just die when they do it... "Son... I am sorry for doing this... but please do not look back, do not... say our names..." The father said, tearing up and smiled to show they'll give up their life for them... "W-wha..? what are y-you talking about..? Please don't l-leave me...!" The son said and hugged them.. "We love you... Zabaki..." The mother said, Zabaki knew what they did and his eyes widen to hear it, he hugged them and cried hardly... as the humans came in, they killed the parents in front of Zabaki..

"F-father..? M-moth-mother...?" He said, seeing blood got on him.. one of the humans stabbed Zabaki in the chest.. however, Zabaki grabbed the man's arm, knowing the blade was pierced within his chest, they saw his hair flowed like flames, the humans were about to run. However, one by one, each human that came were slaughterd.. Zabaki's rage was ignited by the human's greed of power.. however, he knew that will not bring back his clan member... he burst into tears, falling onto his knees and hands, shouting in sadness.. he looked up at the sky, sensing his family and friend's souls going to where they can rest..

"I promise... to use this power... to protect the weak and save this world...!" Zabaki said as he continued crying. After many centuries, still continuing his duty as a protector, many had began calling him The Black Flamed Knight, he had been going all around the land, trying to protect the weak and the wilderness, as he began to get thirsty, he had met a woman by a lake where all species were at one big circle..

"May I ask.. who are you young man, I do not recall summoning you here?" The woman asked as she turned around and stare at Zabaki. "I am sorry.. I had come here for water, for I did not know you or anyone would be here..." Zabaki said as he bows down to the lady, she saw his generosity and began to get interested of speaking with him, she stood up and walked to him. "I am Elizabeth, the Goddess of Nature... and one of the very few less survivors..." Elizabeth said as she held her hands together to get some comfort to herself, Zabaki was surprised about meeting a goddess, as he kneel down and bowed, Elizabeth stopped him and told him to stand up. "Please, don't praise me for being a goddess, I actually only want a friend to be with me..." She said as she felt lonely for a very long time...

"So you are like me... being alone for such a very long time... I understand you lost someone you like to speak too, but may I be your friend for... who you are...?" He said as he was waiting for the moment to make a friend,she smiled and chuckled a bit.. "Sure.. I would like that..!" She said, feeling a lot better.. after that, they had chatted for more then a week, staying by a campfire, they still managed to keep up with each things they had been. After the talk they had spend, they went separate ways and told each other where to meet and when..

After a whole new era, where they're were kingdoms and such as, Zabaki and Elizabeth met at a forest, after the 10th meeting, they were going to going to tell each other goodbye for now, until Elizabeth sense a man.. she felt a bit scared and ran off, Zabaki was confused.. until he sensed him as well, and he dodged an attack of the guy, the unknown man was wearing a mask to cover his face and kept trying to kill Zabaki, however the man stopped and saw him holding his arms and showed his been calm. "Who are you...?" The man asked for his anger still holds him. "I am Zabaki James, I am one of you... humans call The Black Flamed Knight was it?" Zabaki was confused about his nickname and looked at the man. "Alright..." He lowered his weapons and puts them away. "I am Zamaki Kasako... and I am The Knight Assassin... I kill guards I hate the most.... the ones that would do bad things to people who cannot defend-"
