Advice for Depression

I know some of us are having problems with families, or school, or friends, and it might put us in a "hard-to-get-out-of" state of depression, but here's some tips to deal with it:

1. Stay connected with loved ones.
      You can talk to them, and they might give you some advice

2. Do activities that make you feel better about yourself and others.
       Try drawing, writing, reading, even just relaxing and taking time to yourself, helping your mind relax and go into a happier state of being.

3. Workout, or go on a run.
  It will help your mind loosen up, and let go of your inner sadness, it can boost your spirits.
