you groaned, turning off your loud ass alarm. it was 6am and you were getting ready for your first class in college.
outside of your room you could hear yanfei (probably) making breakfast for you and xiao, it's just something she likes to do. they're quite the cook too.
you stared at your ceiling, the slowly rising sun bounced off your walls and onto your roof, it was actually beautiful. maybe today wouldn't be so bad.
your lecture was at 8am meaning you had 2 hours to get ready. you weren't much of a morning person but really loved to take time for yourself in the morning, wether that be taking a shower, or doing your makeup (if you wear any).
getting out of bed, you walked to your bathroom, seeking to get rid of the mornjng breath from your mouth.

you were now ready, sitting on your small dining table having breakfast with yanfei, while xiao was getting ready. usually you would all eat together but xiao didn't start until tomorrow, though he woke up early nonetheless.
you were wearing, a white shirt paired with grey-ish flared jeans which stopped at your ankles. a silver necklace hung around your neck, matching with the silver rings adorning your fingers. a comfortable but good looking outfit.

yanfei served you fried radish balls today, a savoury but not to flavourful meal.
after you finished your breakfast, you bid goodbye to yanfei and xiao and left for the train you needed to catch.
it was quite early in the morning 7:40 to be exact, meaning the train shouldn't be too busy.
the walk was peaceful, you got a compliment from a lovely young girl named qiqi while she was walking with ganyu (your former high school classmate). she said the cutest thing to you "qiqi..uh..thinks you look really pretty/handsome." she said while holding onto ganyus hand. she looked quite shy, much like you as a kid.
while remembering the adorable child, you made it to the train station quite quickly. the train station you go to has a open top meaning the sun shines the brightest during early hours into the afternoon. but a bit of vitamin-d never hurt anyone right?
you saw scaramouche, wearing his earphones while sitting on a nearby bench. his outfit was quite similar to you, a white button down with jeans. his hair glowed in the sunlight, faint pink streaks shon in the sunlight. his dark purple iris looked up at you, a hint of annoyance flashed through his eyes as he turned back towards his phone.
so, not only is he strange but you and him are also matching outfits..? this only rose your suspicions on him, but you didn't dwell on that thought for to long, reminiscing what mona said.

the train ride was, okay to say the least. the train was actually quite busy, which meant you had to sut next to scaramouche. he spared you a few glances here and there but oh god were they cold. though, you never really noticed how beautiful he was and still is.
remember when you said that today isn't going to be that bad of a day, well you were wrong. scaramouche just keeps following you to your campus, this could mean two things; he is either in your class, or hes being a creep. he was still on his phone, and with the way his nevk was bent, he would have bad posture in no time. but scaramouche didn't seem like the type of guys to do an arts subject, more of a computer science kinda guy.
in highschool he would usually be at the top of the class and you would be second..but of course there was the rare occasion were you would be first.
"what a weirdo.." you mumbled walking slightly faster than him.
he walked up to you, phone in his pocket, "what did you just say?" he asked in a scarily calm tone, while looking into your eyes.
"me? i said nothing" you held your chin high while walking away.
