I woke up to the sound of my alarm, at 7AM. God, I have school again. My hand aimlessy grasped at the area on my bedside table where my clock was. I found it and turned it off, pulling my blanket up over my head and hiding my face in my bed, wishing I could go back to bed. Slowly I sat up, wiping my eyes. I then got up and went downstairs to grab some breakfast. After a minute of looking at my options, I decided to just have a plain slice of bread. Whatever, actual breakfast is for nerds.
I quickly finished the bread and ran back upstairs. I tidied up my bed and then picked out an outfit for the day.

I then went to the mirror and combed my hair, I messed it up slightly and then checked the time. 8:00, time to leave. I walked out the door, my dad was at work so I didn't need to say goodbye to anyone.
I started strolling to school. However, I accidentally started speedwalking (guilty of this) . I arrived at 8:11, even though the walk was about 20 minutes at normal pace. I sighed and walked in, I headed for the library so I could read a book whilst I waited.
"Y/n! I've been looking for you!" The principal, Mr Silver (idk) called out for me. I stopped in my tracks and turned to face him, tilting my head in confusion (yes i do this).
"Y/n, we have two new students joining your class.", He smiled at me, "And I would like you to give them a tour of the school!"
"Huh? You- You want me? You want me to give them a tour?" I said in shock. Why me? I hate people, they suck.
"Yes, you. Now come to my office to meet them" Mr Silver started walking to his office and I hesitantly followed him.
When we got to his office, I walked in to see two people sat down. One was a girl, she had brown wavy hair that flowed down just under her shoulders. She had brown eyes and was wearing a grey shirt, a red flannel and some blue jeans. Next to her was sat a boy, he had brown hair that, to be painfully honest, looked like it was cut with a bowl. He had brown eyes who was wearing a red patterned shirt.
"This is Jane", he pointed at the girl, "And this is Will", he pointed at the boy. Jane smiled at me gently and Will smiled and waved.
"Hello, I'm y/n, lovely to meet you" I grinned, trying to act like I wanted to be here.
"He will be giving you a tour of our school" Mr Silver smiled.
"Come this way" I motioned for them to follow me and held the door open for them. Will came out first, with Jane closely behind.
"Follow me. As you know, that is the principals office, down here is the..." I toured them around the school.
