Throughout the series, there have been hints that the parents in the miraculous world knew each other since they were young. The obvious ones are Gabriel and Audrey. It has been stated in the episode, Style Queen, that Audrey is a part of the reason why Gabriel is a world-famous fashion designer!
But I think there is more to this.
In the episode, Gorizilla, the episode ends off with Adrien and his father sitting on the couch together watching a movie that Adrien's mom was in before she 'died'. (a very sweet moment)

You can see at the top of the picture it says, A.Bourgeois, who of course is Andre Bourgeois the mayor and of course, Chloe's "dad". This means Emilie (Adrien's mom) knew who Andre was and therefore knew who Audrey was. I would assume that Gabriel also knew Andre too. But what about the Dupain-cheng family?
Well... if you look at the episode in season 4 when Zoe was introduced, there is a scene where Andre is talking to Zoe about his passion for being a movie director, he shows Zoe where he hides he belongs and he picks up a poster of Emilie but underneath that poster shows a woman with blue hair...

Seems familiar? What if that was Sabine? (Marinette's mom) I mean, I can't of who else that is! Audrey, Andre, Gabriel, Emilie, and Sabine all knew each other!! (and Nathalie; it has been stated that she knew Gabriel and Emilie since they were young).
Something tragic must of happened during the movie production. Like... Emilie's death! which is why the parents don't each other anymore, only sometimes when they're with their kids.
I predict that there will be an episode where Adrien wants to find out more about his mother's death. He then goes around asking the parents, which each of them will talk about their time working on the movie. Adrien will piece it all together, and figure out that there is something weird about his mother's death... and will go down the rabbit hole of finding out who hawkmoth is...
