In season 4 we meet Zoe, Chloe's sister, supposedly.
Listen. As a character, I think Zoe is great. I like that she has a likeable personality and I think she would have fit in with the friend group if she was introduced earlier in the show like in season 2. But one thing that got me confused is how Zoe and Chloe are sisters, they both have the same moms but just with different dads.
One thing that got me confused is how Zoe and Chloe are clearly the same age! I mean, just look at them.

Now, it is common for siblings to be the same height, there are real-world examples of younger siblings looking around the same age or older than their older siblings. But.... don't you think it's weird that the show writers didn't flat out say who the oldest/youngest is?
What if Zoe and Chloe are actually twins??? What if Chloe isn't actually related to her Dad, mayor Bourgeois. Now, this might sound crazy but hear me out. With Chloe, Zoe, and her mom; we can clearly see the similarities in them.

They both got blonde hair and blue eyes.
But look at Chloe's 'dad', they look nothing alike!! They don't even have the same personality, in fact, she is more like her mom. Now I know that not looking like your parents or having the same personality as them isn't enough. But I have more proof. Just look at Chloe's Mom, Audrey, and her 'dad', Andre.
When you look at them, do they even seem to be in love with each other? I mean why in the world would these two even be in love in the first place? How would that even happen? Unless Audrey lied to Andre. Telling him that Chloe is his daughter to gain more power.
When you look at Audrey it is clear that she only cares about herself and fame. She doesn't even remember her daughter's name. What if while Audrey was in New York she got pregnant, with twins (Zoe and Chloe) this will why explain Zoe and Chloe seem to be the same age. But of course, Audrey doesn't want to take care of them because she only cares for herself. She then calls up Andre who must have been running for mayor at the time or trying to become a movie producer (we don't know) and told Andre that Chloe is his daughter. This is a way for Audrey to have time for herself but also keep hold of Andre since she always gets her way.
Now, what about Zoe? Why would Audrey just leave her in New York? Zoe only has appeared in 3 episodes so far and we also haven't met Zoe's supposed father. We don't know a lot about her. But I think the reason why Audrey kept Zoe in New York, is most likely to keep the real father happy to watch at least one of his kids.
