Sasuke was told that he lost his husband and child. They made no effort to save the child. It was still in narutos belly. Probably alive or probably dead. Naruto was out for more than 20 minutes.
They tried everything to give him a heart beat but he just wouldnt get one. Sasuke was devastated. He was now a single father going to have to raise menma alone. How could that be. Sasuke didnt want to see naruto he couldnt see his lover dead on that table. They was all in the waiting room crying when they saw tons of nurses and doctors run to narutos room. Sasuke ran to the room and saw.
Narutos heart machiene beeping showing he was alive. She dropped to his knees and prayed. He couldnt believe this. They doctors rushed naruto to the operating room to take out the baby.
Sasuke the family waited. After a while a nurse non other than sakura went to them. "They are all safe. The babies are in the nicu they will be there for a while." Sakura said smiling. Sasuke was lost. They. Kids? "How many kids are we talking about." Sasuke asked his voice cracked half way throught the sentence.
"4 silly. Didnt you know. 2 boys 2 girls." Sakura chuckled and left. Sasuke passed out. Itachi was there to catch him. After 10 minutes he woke up. "Brother what happened." Itachi asked sasuke. "4 more kids." Was all sasuke said. Everybody pailed.
They had to wait to see naruto because he needed to get stitched up and put into a room. Sakura felt bad because right when naruto woke up he was forced to naturally give birth to call his kids, sasuke wasnt even there to help him. Naruto was put into a room and everybody went to his room.
"You dobe you and our children could have died." Sasuke said crying and kissing narutos forehead. Naruto was drained so fell asleep. They all waited for him to wake up.
The next day he woke up he was hugged by everybody. He just wanted to see his kids. "Code yellow. Code yellow." Was announced over the speaker. Naruto knew what that was. Either a missing child or person. Skaura and the doctors ran into narutos room. "Naruto i am sorry. But the kids are missing. We searched everywhere." Sakura said. Naruto was pissed. "Find my kids." He yelled.
He wasnt going to let the same thing happen to them what happened to the triplets. He was going to find them and raise them right. The whole day the hospital was on lock down. They searched the security cameras and saw it was orochimaru who took the kids. Naruto was beyond mad. He went afyer every generation so far why cant he leave naruto alone.
Naruto was going to get his revenge on him for akiko. Sasuke and itachi went to the police station to find them. This was going to be their last time finding orochimaru. They was able to find a hide out. Outside of town so they went. Naruto saw his kids crying in water. They was drowning.
Naruto went to them and took them all out the water. It was a trap. When naruto got them all he was shot in the back. It happened so fast that sasuke ans itachi had no time to react. Naruto fell to the floor careful of the kids in his arms.
Itachi recovered from this and shot the guy who shot naruto it was orochimaru himself. Sasuke arrest kabuto shortly after. They had both kabuto and orochimaru in their grips. Naruto was rushed to the hospital again and the babies to the nicu. Naruto surgery went well.
They would let naruto do what he wanted to kabuto and orochimaru. After he healed from the surgries he had.
