"Ares what are you doing" Lio ask
"Cleansing"
"Are you sure you're not summoning something, remember last time" Halston says
"Jesus we had to sage the entire house" Lio says shivering at whatever image just crossed his mind
Ares is feeling up the walls muttering, God knows what, with his hair pulled back by a headband, a stick under his arm, and something almost a sheer white color spread across his whole face like a mask of some sorts.
"You have cum on your face" Halston says coming next to me and putting his arm around me
"Can you guys shut up for like 10 seconds, I'm trying to cleanse this damn dirty house because, hell knows we need it" he yells looking like a mad man. We all turn around and head to the living room, choosing to let Ares do his thing.
"Let's go to the movies" Scar says from her spot next to Julie
"Fuck no, Ares is too loud and Lio has ADHD" Halston says
"Let's go to the beach" I suggest, I've been wanting to get in the sun.
"Perfect" Julie says and Scar agrees meaning we have ourselves a beach day ahead.
"Okay, well, Lio you have to go tell Ares" Scar says

"Because he likes you more" Julie says from somewhere in the kitchen
"Okay well I think Halston should go" He says with a pointed look
"I have a better idea" Halston says
10 minutes later
"What do I do with it" Lio whispers
"Wave it around" Julie whispers back
"My hand is tired" I say
"What.. the fuck, are you guys doing" Ares says
"Um, helping you cleanse the house duh" Julie says
If you can't beat them, join them is a very overused saying, but here we are dressed in garbage bags and tape.

"No, you're helping the demons not me, that's a fucking spoon from the kitchen" he says making us all look down at the spoons in our hand
"It was either this or Halston's cigarettes" Scar says
"Okay I'm not gonna begin to argue about how idiotic that is, why are you guys in my presence" He says crossing his arms, I would laugh but I'm scared of Ares holding that stick.
"we're going to the beach bitch, get your shit ready" Julie says throwing her spoon on the floor "AND BRING TANNING LOTION YOU NEED IT, WHITE ASS HOE" she yells from wherever she went making us all burst into laughter
"YOU BITCH, YOU KNOW I HAVE A SKIN PROBLEM" He shouts back speeding off to wherever Julie is, I'm assuming, still holding his stick.
"You guys saw the stick he was still holding too, right?" I whisper
"Yup
"Mhm"
"Oh lord"
We all immediately run towards the stairs, but what we see makes us laugh so hard I swear I see tears in Scar's eyes. A very struggling Ares is getting beat by Julie and his stick.

Damn, quadruple, we all make "oooo" noises while Ares throws his hands around trying to grab a hold of the stick.
"AGAIN, I will drag you across campus" she says flipping her hair and turning to look at us "so are we going to the Cove, cause we need bikinis." she says with a smile
"Yes, yea I'll get the keys" Lio says practically running
"I'll get in the car" Halston says rushing away
"Scarlett, I have a boo-boo" Ares whines from his place on the floor
"I'm coming baby" she says sympathetically
Jules rolls her eyes muttering what I think is "crybaby" then coming downstairs.
"You're scary" I say
"I don't see it" she says shaking her head before breaking out into laughter and so do I, putting a hand over my shoulders we walk out to the car.
19 minutes later
"Definitely that one" Halston says from my bed
"you're just saying that cause you're my boyfriend" I say turning back to my dresser to fish out another bikini to try on
"Annie I'm serious, you could put on a damn potato sack and you'd still have the power to make jaws drop" He says getting off the bed and walking towards me. "But, you know how else you look gorgeous" he says stopping in front of me, his hands finding my hips.
"How" I whisper looking up at him
His eyes have a twinkle in them that I can't quite comprehend, but they make me feel at home, like I'm safe.
"Naked" he says smashing his lips on mine, and God does it feel like the first time.
I angle my head to deepen the kiss and his hands suddenly transport to my ass giving it a squeeze making me moan, he picks me up and drops me on my bed.
He gets on top of me and starts kissing my neck down to my collarbone, he goes lower till I grab his chin "Not right now baby" I say because as much as I want him right now, I just want to be us.
I get reminded once again of why I love him when he gives me a boyish smile that makes me smile down at him like an idiot till he comes up to give me a kiss "That's fine with me, It doesn't always have to be making love, I love chilling with you girl" he says the last part in a girl voice making me laugh.
"God I love your laugh" he says before kissing me "I love you" he says kissing my nose while I just hold his face in my hands smiling at him, hoping it's always like this.
"WE LEAVE IN 12 MINUTES" Lio yells from downstairs
We both get up from my bed "If you don't pick that one your crazy" he says putting his hands on his hips

"Lio come" Julie says making his stop and turn around so she gets on him "LETS GO BITCHESSSS" she says and we all get in the car laughing at Jokes Lio's making
Times like these make me glad I went to that damn party, because if I hadn't I would have never met them, the people I know have my back like I have there's. My people.
