hyujin was seated right beside felix's bed. the blonde has kept his eyes shut for almost three months now.

every single day of those three months, hyunjin was there beside him. talking about how his day went and how much he missed his lover. he'd still blame himself for what happened that day.

"wake up, sunshine. please." he said, holding the hand of the bedridden felix and rubbing his thumb over it.

they stayed like that for a few minutes until minho went inside, telling hyunjin to go home as it was past midnight.

that was their routine. hyunjin would watch over him for the day, olivia will stop by after her classes and stay there for a few hours, and minho would watch over him at night, after his work shift and eating dinner.

hyunjin arrived home. he entered the living room as yeji was sitting on the couch, watching a movie.

the boy went to his room and took out his phone from his pocket. he scrolled down felix's instagram to make up for his longing.

he received a text message from minho.

> do you want to drop by?

he felt relieved. he quickly went to the hospital felix was in, his cheeks were tearstained out of joy. he entered felix's room and as soon as he shut the door;

"i'm sorry, who are you?"
