Anthony's POV

An hour before my shift starts, I have to help interview this girl. All I know about her is that she's 17 and wants to be a detailer. I'm not sure why I have to be here because I'm not in charge of the company. I work here, now yes, I'm higher up than most people, but I don't have a say in this.

I walked into the oval office seeing a big U-shaped table. I put my stuff at the end of the table so the person we're interviewing can't see me, but I can see her. I sit down and play on my phone for a bit when people start trickling in.

As my bosses walk in, we all stop what we are doing and pay attention. "So we're interviewing a 17-year-old for the position of a detailer. She has no history of detailing, but we need the help; this is her second interview with us; the first was over the phone with me only." Lisa says as she takes her seat. Oh great, a newbie, I think to myself. I heard the office door open again, I looked up to see who was coming in, and it was Rob and the new girl, I guess. I can't help but look her up and down; I quickly look away before she notices. Once everyone is settled in, she speaks.

"Hi, I'm Breanna, but you can call me Bree... I'm sure most of you will come up with a nickname for me; most people do." she gives out a nervous laugh but continues to speak, "but uh anyways, I'm more than glad to answer any questions you have."

"Why'd you leave your last job?" Dawn, the manager, asks

"It wasn't the best job, to be honest; there were multiple reasons for leaving. Um, the pay wasn't great; people's energy was toxic. If you made the smallest mistake, your job was at risk, and many other reasons."

the interview seemed to go on forever; I was just zoned out; I didn't want to be here, I didn't want to be home. Either because Khloe is there. That sounds wrong. I love her, but every time we are together, we get into a fight. I'm tired of being yelled at by her; it's always over the same stuff; why were you talking to the female waiter? Am I not pretty enough for you? And the list goes on.

"Anthony," hearing my name pulls me out of my thoughts. I clear my voice

 "yes, sorry?" I ask

"Do you have any questions for Bree?" Lisa asks

"Mm, tell me a little about you, Breanna," I say, looking her in the eyes.

She gives a little confused face but responds with, "well, um, I love anything outside. I go camping almost every weekend, and I have a family trip down to table rock lake in a few months. But other than that, I love reading and trying to cook food even though I'm not the best at it; music and my family is essential to me as well as my friends. There is so much more, but I don't want to bore you all." All I do is nod my head. After another 25 minutes of other people asking her questions like "how did you hear about us," "why do you want to join our detailing team?" and "what do you expect from this job?" The interview finally ends, and I have 15 minutes before I have to clock in, and I stay in my chair and scroll through my phone.
