Trixie took her time to do what she needed to do and recover. For two weeks she didn't post anything nor have contact with Katya or her friends. She disappeared for a while just holding onto the support of the person she considered a father and her therapist. That Friday morning she went out to the garden and sat down on the fountain. She took a deep couple of breaths and gather the courage to finally confront the voice she was missing so much. Almost a month without her, she survived but it was never about if she was able to survive without her but how certain she was that she prefers to survive with her. The phone rang about three times and then there she was.

"Hello..."
"Hello stranger" Trixie could hear a lot of noise around somewhere like a cafeteria or a meeting.
"Sorry, give me a moment..." Katya was moving probably looking for a quiet place and then there was just silence except for Katya's breath. "Are you still there?..."
"Come home, please come home"
"When?"
"As soon as possible. I know there are things to say. But for now I can assure you I did everything I needed to do to protect you both" for a couple of moments that Trixie felt like an eternity there was just silence between them.
"We will be there tomorrow" Katya finally said.
"With all my heart thank you"
"I'll see you tomorrow"

That night Trixie didn't sleep she was overwhelmed by her own feelings and thoughts. She prepared the perfect speech in her head over and over again just waiting for her family to come home. She cleaned the house, filled the fridge and wake up early to dress up. She didn't know when they were going to arrive, she hasn't talk to Katya again. She was nervous, scare and exited. She practice one more time the perfect speech sitting in the kitchen with a cup of tea when she finally heard the front gate opening. Her heart jump almost out of her body and she started trembling and freeze on her sit. Her perfect speech was erased from her mind the moment she heard them entering the house. And then they were in front of her. Ella looking sleepy on Katya's arms and the Russian girl looking serious and skinnier all dress in black.

"Hello stranger" said Katya and Trixie started crying immediately.
"Hello angels" with that Ella came back to life and started fighting to go down and run to Trixie.
"Mommy...mommy...mommy" Ella said twisting in Katya's arms. Trixie stood up and approached slowly. She opened her arms extensively.
"May I?" She asked and Katya gave her the girl. Trixie smelled deeply her little girl and embraced her like her life was coming back to her. "I'm so sorry baby, I'm so sorry" she sobbed.
"Mommy no cry..." the little girl said kissing her face "Look look..." The little one showed her a Barbie that she was carrying, who looked similar to the one Trixie bought her almost a year ago but newer.
"I'm just so happy to see you. I missed you so much"
"I miss mommy miss...miss...miss" Ella said hugging her as strong as she could.
"She sure did, we had to visit ten stores to find that exact doll for her to calm down" Katya finally talked.
"I'm so sorry..."
"Stop it..." Katya said approaching to her and capturing her lips in a soft kiss. Trixie was crying hard. When they break apart they looked into their eyes talking in silence for a moment. A language they only can understand.
"You were right. Thank you for giving me the time to resolved what I was avoiding"
"You figure things out?"
"Yes, did you?"
"I did yes"
"I can't asked you if we are good because I know that is not possible. I won't make you promises or guarantee you what I don't know. I won't ask you for anything, I just need you to know that I'm working on myself. I'm learning and mostly...I am certain that you are the person I'm willing to risk it all beyond my fears. I do believe in you...do you still believe in us?"
"I do, I always have. I just needed time to believe that I deserve us."
"I love you...what now?"
"Now..." Katya said hugging Trixie by the waist and looking at her with a tender gaze. "Now we got better" Katya stopped for a moment looking at Trixie's hand. "Where is your ring?"
"I took it off..."
"Ok...I'm hungry" Katya said letting go of the embrace and going to the fridge. Trixie was confuse and afraid but she  decided to give it time.
