I arrived at the office early and set up the utensils I needed. As I was cleaning up, a firm knock sounded on the side of my cubicle.

"Nice view, Ms. Prior." A voice said. Benjamin.

"Mr Parish, I would appreciate if you lower down your level of pervertness." I rolled my eyes.

I got up and brushed off the dust on my black jumpsuit. Benjamin handed me a cup of cold green tea latte. I thanked him and we began to do work, where Benjamin would help me whenever needed.

I was going to throw my empty cup when one of my heel got stuck into a small opening of the carpeted floor. I almost tripped; almost.

Benjamin rushed towards me and leaned in his body. My hand was on his broad shoulder, my body was in contact with his. I let out a small gasp. We looked at each other. His perfume smelled nice and I just noticed how good looking he really was.

Suddenly, a husky voice boomed. His tone was harsh.

"Getting cozy in there, Mr Parish? Ms Prior?"

I instantly jumped off Benjamin's warm body and straighten my attire. I looked down at my black pumps.

"I'm sorry, sir. You misconcluded; it was not like what it looked like. We both can explain." I almost pleaded.

"Say no more, Ms Prior," he said. He averted his gaze to Mr Parish. "Mr Parish, follow me to my office. Now."

Mr Grey left my cubicle and I looked at Benjamin; afraid that I have caused him his job. He smiled at me.

"Don't worry, it'll be fine. I'll explain to him. If he doesn't believe it, there's the security camera," He pointed at the round, black thing.

I let out a sigh. "Okay."

Thirty minutes later and there was still no sign of Benjamin coming out of the CEO's office. I began to chew on my nail. What if I had got him fired? What if I got us both fired? And it's only my first day.

I groaned. I snapped out of my reverie when the doorknob made a 'click'sound. I looked at the person. Mr Grey.

"Enter my office now," He turned his head into his office. "Get out, Benjamin."

We did as we told. As I passed Benjamin, he squeezed my hand and whispered, "Everything's alright. Relax."

I let out a sigh and entered my employer's office.

I sat on the leather chair, across my boss only to be separated by his large desk. I fiddled with my fingers and bit my lips.

"Ms Prior, get me the Choo file." He commanded.

I looked up. "What?" Great, I sound so stupid.

"The Choo file," he said.

I stood up and walked to his drawer and pulled out a black file with the name 'Choo Cooperation' on the cover. I handed it and got a brief 'thank you'. There was silence and it was deafening. So, I broke the ice.

"Aren't you going to scold me, suspend me even?"

He looked up from his paperwork. "I should have, but I won't."

"Why?" I blurted.

"He explained everything and there was evidence. It was purely an accident. I do not tolerate with office relationships."

After that, we resumed doing our work.

Christian Grey's POV

I was pissed at the sight of both of them. The way he looked at her. The way he held her petite waist. I was livid because of I wasn't Benjamin.

I had to admit, she was different; not like any other. I shook my head, hoping it could get rid of my secretary's face.

I had put up walls because of one woman. She was everything. I thought of proposing the lady, but I found out she cheated on me with another man. I was flustered. I had become a workaholic; drowning myself in paperwork to distract me from feeling the pain she had caused.

But, there was an aftermath behind it. The company fluorished and became one of the powerful companies in the United States.

Ben gave me an explaination about the incident and even had evidence from the security camera. I was really close from punching him on his oh so precious face.

I had told her to enter my office. She fiddled with her long fingers as she sat on the chair. Her hair, which is tied in a high ponytail, looked so silky. Luckily, she hadn't notice that I took glances at her.

Its lunch and I was about to walk to my elevator when I saw her lifting 2 boxes of files, one on top of another. She looked like she had difficulty. So, I walked toward her and lifted the boxes.

"Oh," She exclaimed in suprise. "I can handle it, Mr Grey. I'm sure I'm capable of it."

I looked into her eyes. It was a beautiful shade of hazel.

"This should be a man's job; lifting heavy things."

I walked away to the file storage room and heard her mutter.

"Men and their ego."

I chuckled and proceeded to the file storage room.

i had finally update this book.

i know the lead character, christian grey had the same name as the character from 50 shades of grey.

this book is actually inspired by him. except for the sexual stuff he does in the book.

and because he is hot.

anyway, enjoy.
