Under the moonlight and nearby yellowy lamp posts stood a cutely decorated pastry shop colored light pink and black, it stood squarely in view of the road he walked in from and had a broad space for tables, and there was even more space inside.

His emerald orbs took in every detail of the storefront. Its cute and gothic style and colors were strangely inviting. This would only make him more curious by the second. Seeing the kiss mark on the open sign gave him a strange sense of deja-vu. This was starting to almost feel like an out-of-body experience or some strange dream.

This was the place alright, goth and sweet, just like the spider who taunted him before.

Through the glass door of the building, the only exposed view into the pastry without metal gates at the front, he could see the lights were still on, as well as the open sign with the same kiss mark smacked by its side.

Peering into the shop was like entering into a wonderland, with colors and swirling patterns made to look like the walls and ceiling, and the floor was meant to be eaten. Everything was detailed to its finest, and although there were no actual sweets to behold, the main dish would soon step into view once again.

He walked up closer to the store, opening the door and taking a couple of steps inside before pausing and looking around once more. He got the same strange and inviting feeling from the inside of the shop. The weird feeling sent a chill down his spine.

"𝐴ℎ𝑢ℎ𝑢ℎ𝑢ℎ~

𝐼𝑡 𝑑𝑒𝑙𝑖𝑔ℎ𝑡𝑠 𝑚𝑒 𝑡𝑜 𝑠𝑒𝑒 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑎𝑔𝑎𝑖𝑛 𝑠𝑜 𝑠𝑜𝑜𝑛, 𝑚𝑦 𝑑𝑒𝑎𝑟𝑖𝑒~"

Haru couldn't help but jump slightly at her sudden words. He was so lost in thought while looking around he completely forgot that someone else might be there too.

There she was again, just as beautiful as before, parading from backstage with a tray of tea for them both.

"𝑃𝑙𝑒𝑎𝑠𝑒, 𝑡𝑎𝑘𝑒 𝑎 𝑠𝑒𝑎𝑡. 𝑊𝑒 ℎ𝑎𝑣𝑒 𝑚𝑢𝑐ℎ 𝑡𝑜 𝑑𝑖𝑠𝑐𝑢𝑠𝑠~"

He gave her a small and curt nod as he took a seat at a nearby table.

His mind was swirling was questions he may never get the answer to. But there was one question that he needed to know her answer.

"Thank you for having me. If you don't mind, could I ask you a question?

"𝑂𝑓 𝑐𝑜𝑢𝑟𝑠𝑒, 𝐼'𝑑 𝑖𝑚𝑎𝑔𝑖𝑛𝑒 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑏𝑒 ℎ𝑒𝑟𝑒 𝑓𝑜𝑟 𝑗𝑢𝑠𝑡 𝑡ℎ𝑎𝑡. 𝐴𝑠𝑘 𝑚𝑒, 𝑎𝑛𝑦𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑛𝑔~"

Again, her voice filled the room with her melodious hum, setting their already filled teacups, leaning in and giving him a perfect shot at her widely exposed, squishy cleavage.

Sadly, it was only for a split second, as she sat down directly across from him, lifting the fine porcelain and visibly wrapping her lips around the rim before sipping. It was evident she wanted to convey a message to him, to provoke and entice his mind, and her unbreaking gaze ceaselessly scanned him from hair to waist.

This would become even more apparent as she sat down, crossing her voluptuous legs and uncloaking a large portion of her thigh from her dress to his point of view. Her entire pose seemed to beckon him, sucking in his gaze and focus, as she awaited his question, finally letting go of the cup's rim and leaking the same pink mark, then set it in a way he could also see.

"Why were you looking for me? I'm just an employee. If you wanted to make a deal with the cafe, then it would have made more sense to find the manager or the owner."
