Chapter Two

CHAPTER TWO

LUCA P.O.V.

I can't believe my parents are forcing me to go to some exchange program in the 'states. I mean it's ridiculous. You get into a couple of little fights at school and suddenly they "don't know you anymore" like what does that mean.

When they dropped me off at the airport I didn't even bother saying goodbye, I just grabbed my suitcase and left. I was staying with the Stevens family apparently. They were going to be my parents for the time being, I guess. With that thought I turned up my music and tried to ignore the rest of the passengers on the plane.

I finally here the captain saying that we are going to be landing soon. So I buckle up and wait for my entrance to exile. After I get my suitcase off the baggage claim I look around for a sign or something telling me where the Stevens family is. Way in the back I see two women standing with a sign saying 'Luca Dunn'. One of the women is about my mothers age. The other is my age and is the most beautiful creature to ever walk this planet.

I Luca Dunn, who doesn't believe in love at first sight, have just fallen in love with a girl I don't even know the name of.

ISABEL P.O.V.

If mom hadn't dragged me out of school early to come pick up this 'Lucas' dude (which by the way she never does because "she pays for my education and I'm going to use every dollar of her precious money learning") I would sooo be complaining right now. My ever so lovely mother (hear the sarcasm) is currently forcing me to stand in the middle of a very crowded airport holding a sign that says 'Luca Dunn'. As if he's going to be able to see me I'm so tiny I doubt he can see me through all these people. Then I see a bunch of people start to come into the terminal. One very hot guy in particular catches my eye. He stops for a second looking for someone, I pray silently that it's not a girlfriend, then he looks straight at me and flashes the most brilliant smile then the most shocking thing ever happens............ HE WALKS RIGHT TOWARDS ME

STILL ISABEL P.O.V.

I'm freaking out internally as he comes closer. I whisper quietly to my mom "Is that the exchange student?"

"I don't know, I never saw pictures. But I think he's coming towards us, so I'm going to say yes"

Suddenly this accented voice comes

" 'Ello, sorry for interrupting but are you the Stevens'?"

"Oh, I didn't see you there dear." my mother says to the stranger "I'm Mrs. Stevens but you can call me Cate. This is my daughter Isabel who is in the same grade as you and will be your guide around the school.

I look up and see the most beautiful hazel eyes I have ever seen.

Dun dun dun. It's so late right now and I want to sleep but I have to get this chapter up.
