Happy July 4th if you celebrate 🥳 🎆, have a great week though anyway if you don't, okay let's get into this.
3rd person
It was the night of July 4th, Mike loved fireworks I mean loved fireworks, as a kid he would love to go super close to them, even though Karen was very nervous of his son being a pyrotechnic obsessed, Ted never cared. Will on the other hand thought they were pretty just didn't like the boom sound, he was fine with it but once when we was little Johnathan got Will to light his first Firework, well Will went deaf for a day, Will was terrified, he thought he would never get his hearing back(he was 8) It was Mike and Wills first time being just them on July 4th, Mike spent all of his money on fire works, Will was scared shitless, he was so nervous that Mike would get hurt or burn himself.
Wills POV
"Mike please be careful." I said I was so worried he was gonna get hurt
"I'll be fine love, don't worry!" Mike said
"WAIT!"
"What?" Mike was confused
"We need to spray bug spray on, you know those pesky little mosquitos love to bite us."
"You know that stuff doesn't work,it still itches?"
I started to spray some on his arms
"Turn, yeah I know but remember that year,turn again please, when we were covered and at are sleepover with the gang all of us were itching like crazy?"
"Oh yeah, that sucked ass." He chuckled
After Mike lit a few roman candles, Will just stayed with his sparklers and pop its
Mike's POV
"You ready Will, this is gonna be a big one!"I said loudly so he could hear me from the porch
"Not really, just please be careful while you light it please!" Will was very nervous you could tell.
I lit the last firework of the night, I kept tring to start my matches but they would start
"HEY MIKE YOU GOOD OVER THERE!"Will was checking in a again
"YES LOVE! AH HA GOT IT...OW FUCK!"
I burned my thumb that's gonna burn for a while.
Wills POV
"YES LOVE! AH HA GOT IT...OW FUCK!"
Mike yelled
"MIKE ARE YOU OKAY!?"
I could tell he probably got burned but it still scared me non the less, Mike began to run over here
3..2...1 BAM
I Plugged my ears that was so loud, but it was worth it, the firework looked like it was raining glitter from the sky.
"Mike are you alright?' I was still wondering
"Yeah I'm okay, just burned my thumb on that match."
Before Will could say anything back Mike smashed his lips on his, Will kissed back, it was a very passionate kiss, after that Mike broke the kiss again said '"let's go inside wash the bug spray off
After they got done with there showers
Will didn't have any pajamas cause that's all what he has been wearing for that past days, Mike let will wear some of his loose shorts and a tank top
"I'm so itchy." Will said while scratching his left arm
"Me too." Mike said
"I guess you did tell me It wouldn't work." Will said
"It's because I am always right Will, you already know that." Mike said acting cool
Both the itchy boy thought it was to late to be up so they settled down and cuddled until they fell asleep
"I love you so much." Will said
"Not as much as I love you!"
